We have used the AI Wash cycle every time and it has cleaned the dishes perfectly each time and the auto open feature helps with drying the dishes SOOO much. As you can see in the pictures I still have to put in some inserts as the space was bigger than the dishwasher, but even with the space being open you can barely hear it when running while in the kitchen with it so the noise rating is definitely accurate. Overall, a great dishwasher and I don't regret going with this over some of the other options I considered like Bosch and Miele.

It’s so quiet, and the dishes come out spotless without needing to rinse them first. I really like the light inside—it makes loading and unloading so much easier. There are tons of wash options to choose from, and the AI Wash cycle is great because it figures out what the load needs on its own. It’s been a huge upgrade honestly.

After a few months of use, here are my thoughts. This is hands down the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Glass front makes cleaning a breeze, unit looks fantastic. Inside, the 3rd rack is actually useful for oversized serving spoons and knives. Wash options galore, sparkling clean load, 100% dry, no water stains anywhere. Had no idea a dishwasher could be this quiet let alone this good. Connected to the app no problem. My go to setting is Normal - SmartDry Low. If you’re looking for the best dishwasher, after all my research and use, this is the one.

With two kids we have dishes piling up every day. The dishwasher makes keeping up easy! The 3rd Rack Washing System allows us to clean more dishes and the top rack is perfect for cups and cooking utensils. The Auto Release Door is great. This dishwasher makes sure we get a dry load every time. Also I love how quiet it is! It hard to tell it’s running. We also love that it connects to Samsung Smart Things App. It allows me to control it from anywhere in the house. Overall, we absolutely love our new dishwasher.

This is the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever heard in my life, I had to keep double checking to make sure that it was working and running. The inside options are amazing and it has a third rack. There is loads of space, so bulky items are more than welcome to fit! The dishes are extremely clean and the shine is amazing after only one complete cycle! The dishes are also dried perfectly and no water spots!! I’ve actually never experienced a dishwasher clean so efficiently and that’s what I’ve always been afraid of. I am so super impressed with this dishwasher. I am singing its praises.. If you are in the market for a dishwasher, this is the perfect one from how pretty it is to how quiet it is to how effectively it cleans dishes! This is the perfect dish dishwashing machine.

The sleek design, moveable racks, SmartDry and Smart Control are just a few of my favorite features. It's a wonderful addition to my kitchen and I can't wait to show it off at my next dinner party. We do a lot of entertaining so the fact that I can adjust cycles from my smartphone and be be notified when my washing is complete is a convenient feature. With my old dishwasher I would manually have to open the door after the drying was complete to allow the steam to escape, with this dishwasher the door automatically opens to ensure your dishes are dry. My dishes have never been cleaner especially with the sanitize option. Another great feature is there is no need to rinse off dishes before loading them into the dishwasher. Some of the other great features that I really like is how quiet this dishwasher is, I don't even know it's running. The Storm Wash feature is great, especially to clean those hard to clean dishes, and the one hour wash feature is a time saver when I don't have a full load of dishes to wash. I highly recommend this dishwasher as its the best dishwasher I have every owned and looks great in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first acquired our home, it had an older dishwasher. While it ran effectively, it wasn't efficient nor perfectly thorough most of the time. There was unfortunately times that the silverware still had things caked on it after a cycle had ran. The unit also held moisture inappropriately leading to mildew. The new unit from Samsung is all of the things that the previous dishwasher was lacking. Its super efficient and has a great energy star rating that I appreciate, as I am always trying to find ways to be more environmentally friendly and efficient in my home. The unit is super quiet and you practically don't know if its running. Additionally, it has lots of different system settings for cycles, based on whatever the dishes may need in the moment. The top rack for utensils and glasses helps to clean the items very well and leaves them super sparkly. I appreciate that the unit door pops open when the cycle is complete to alert me in case I am not home. I do wish that the unit came with a more helpful "quick start" guide that reviewed all of the different cycles. I felt like a lot of it was learn in the moment and Google search to figure it out.
