This dishwasher stand out for me is the AI powered feature that automatically determines what is the best cycle depending on whats in it . I just load it up, and it figures out the rest.This has made it so much easier to rely on the dishwasher daily, rather than feeling like I have to hand wash everything or prewash too thoroughly. Being able to just rinse off dishes and let the machine do the heavy lifting has been a huge help. It's freed up time and energy, especially during those chaotic mornings or long evenings. The stainless steel design also adds a nice touch to my kitchen, and it runs so quietly that I can even get it going during bedtime without making noise. For anyone or parent with a busy household or looking for a smarter way to stay on top of the mess run don’t walk to get this.

Starting off with the packaging; it was really well packed and padded which is important to me. All sides were covered and all the faces had plastic wrap. The inside was the same. The dishwasher itself is very sleek. I didn’t have any issues getting it installed in replace of my old dishwasher either. Pros: plenty of space for every type of dish. The new and improved top tray is great. It has the normal remove able tray that you can put utensils in and it also has an area that dips in so you can fit bigger things like ladles or measuring cups. There’s even a way to adjust the tray to accommodate wine glasses so they don’t jiggle around. The middle drawer still adjusts up and down so accommodate taller glasses or taller pans from the bottom. There are a a bunch of options for running the machine but I love that you can connect it to your phone so you know when the cycle is complete. It tells you when to refill the liquid reservoir as well as when to run the self clean. The new AI feature runs the wash and can sense when it is clean or if it needs to keep going and that has been a game changer. The other features that make it worth it is that they’re an option for plastic. So, your Tupperware, meal prep containers, dishes. It also has a setting for baby bottles so it can clean and steam sanitize it which eliminates the need for a separate appliance. You have all of your standard settings for quick wash, heavy duty, pots and pans. It does a really great job cleaning the actual dishes. I don’t always wash my dishes immediately, so they have food stuck on them. It still does a great job getting them clean and I don’t have issues with water spots. Cons: The only con I have is the adjustable drawer. It’s either too high or too low. If I want tall glasses then I can’t put in bigger pans and vice versa.

This model is a massive improvement over my previous one. The third rack is amazing, storm wash works great, and this thing is silent! Very happy with my purchase!

This product (DW90F89T0USRAA) was very difficult to install. it does not come ready to install right out of the box you will need a $13 dishwasher wiring kit from Home Depot. The drain tube is very shot making it difficult to connect unless your garbage disposal is really close. The provided instructions are not very clear. The water inlet valve does not seem to be standard to existing dish washer connection so the fit is very tight and expect a lot of leaking. Finally the 2025 Samsung Dishwasher Ready2Fit Guarantee Offer is not a thing. They advertise $300 guarantee to make sure this dishwasher fits, not true. When you read the details, they say they will provide only $50. This will not fit a standard height counter and the adjustments for the feet are only in the front so you cannot adjust too much without changing the balance of the product. We replaces a KitchenAid KDTM354DSS4 which fit the space perfectly in both height and width. The KitchenAid was a replacement to the contractor original product which also fit. The Samsung product was too wide. I had to cut away come of the cabinetry trim to get the dishwasher to fit. The "Ready to Fit" is not at all ready, even with adjusting the feet as much as I could there is still a 2" gap between the dishwasher and the bottom of my counter. I have worked as as a carpenter and an electrician and have been working in IT for 30 years. Not only did this take my wife and I 3 hours to install it took another two hours to sync the wireless to the Smart things app. The instruction for syncing this device to the smart thing app was also severely lacking. It should sync automatically with the app but if it does not then you have to reset the dishwasher several time to release the mac address and or partial sync with the app. Put the dishwasher in "AP" mode (access Point) and reset it again or just to get it to broad case wirelessly. Seriously this was a major pain. I finally for it to stop leaking and god the product installed with the app functional and the product works very well so far, But this was an awful experience and I will have to go back and further modify the cabinet to get the fit to appear seamless. One last note the rubber gasket that goes around the dishwasher to cover the space between the cabinet is not sufficient and stops short of going all the way around so there will be gaps there as well on both the right and left side near the bottom. Too much to pay for a product that falls short and doesn't think of everything.

I think my favorite feature is the top rack - In my experience things on the top rack have to go in clean to come out clean. However, with this dishwasher having an extra spray arm on the top AND having specialty jets for glasses - It does a perfect job every time. A good top rack provides an incredible amount of space - I am running the dishwasher less frequently than my last one. As a Smartthings user for a long time, it is also great that this integrates into my smart home - including alerting me to when the dishwasher is done.

It operates nearly silently while effortlessly cleaning my dishes. My unit features a matte black exterior finish, which is quite striking. It includes three racks for dishes, two of which have adjustable heights. This makes it easy to load and organize a wide variety of utensils, drinkware, and dishware. One feature I found especially innovative is the interior light. It almost immediately connected to the SmartThings app, which makes it super easy to use. I love that it has its own self-clean feature as well! With it being so quiet, I love the little light that shines under the handle so everyone knows that it is running. It does a great drying cycle before opening the door and continuing to allow the dishes to dry. The only thing I really do not like is the top row, as glasses do not easily stay put by the jets, they tend to slide around which is not ideal. I would love some extra tongs in there to hold them in place.

I love the large storage ability and the fact that you can raise/lower the shelves. Sometimes you don't realize it's on, and can't see the buttons/lights on the control panel because they're hidden under the countertop, accidentally interrupting it mid cycle. I also kinda miss having a bar/handle to hang an extra hand towel on. It is very sleek looking and overall would recommend it to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA! It not only looks amazing in our kitchen, it works great too! The front is in a fingerprint resistant stainless steel, and it has a sleek, handle-less design. The auto open door was a little tricky to learn how to use at first, but I've figured it out with a little practice! Also, at 38 dBA this dishwasher is super quiet! So far I've only used the AI wash cycles and have been very impressed! The 3rd rack (very top one) has a small area for utensils, along with an area for cups and glasses. This area for utensils is pretty small. We use a lot of silverware at my house, so this little area fills up pretty quickly. I end up having to put the rest of the dirty silverware down below in the Cutlery Basket. This is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. I prefer having ALL my silverware in one place. The cup washing area is great! Having this designated spot for cups and glasses saves me so much room in the middle rack to put other things. The bottom rack holds all our plates and big bowls - couldn't be more pleased! Before I turn the dishwasher on, I have to select SMART DRY and the LOW, HIGH, or MAX setting. I prefer the HIGH setting. At the end of the cycle, the auto release feature causes the door to pop open to continue the drying process. It sings a little song when it's done - we hear it throughout the house! It's a very pleasant little tune! This dishwasher connects with my SmartThings App on my phone. It's so nice to be able to monitor the cycle and see the status of the wash, such as how much longer it has until it finishes. My biggest complaint is the cord. The cord connects to the dishwasher in the FRONT left corner. From there, it runs around to the back of the dishwasher, where it then gets plugged into an outlet. (for reference, all of our other dishwasher cords have been located in the BACK.) This creates a problem because the cord is too short - by the time it runs around to where it needs to go, it's TOO SHORT to reach the outlet. We are having to pay an electrician to come out and move our outlet to remedy this situation. I am not happy about that. Aside from the small utensil holder on the top rack, and the short cord, we are very pleased with this dishwasher. It does a fabulous job washing and drying our dishes, and is a HUGE improvement from our old one!
