The 3rd rack is incredibly useful for cups and small items, and it frees up so much space below. The dedicated glass and cup washing area makes sure the cups and glasses comes out clean even with coffee or tea stains. it is extra quite and you barely hear it running. The Wi‑Fi features are a nice bonus, especially when I want to start a cycle remotely. After months of use, it’s been reliable, quiet, and a great upgrade to our kitchen.

It has everything I need plus more, third rack with a section dedicated to cups, extra water jets, super quiet, sanitation option, AI powered, and super cmodrn looking exterior. I highly recommend Samsung appliances. I love that you can sync, control and monitor them all via an app too.

The light inside is an extra perk. And love that all the appliances talk to one another and alert my phone when the cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we replaced our old dishwasher, I was doing most of the dishes by hand. Since we have gotten this Samsung, I have completely changed my dishwashing routine. I am continually amazed at how effectively this thing cleans even dried-on debris. I don't bother wiping anything before putting it in the dishwasher; if anything, it gets a quick rinse and a scrape to remove leftover food before going in the washer. With just two people in my household, we run the cycle once a day at most, and some of those dishes that get washed at the end of the day have been in there since breakfast. Pie pans that had a brown patina from frequent baking return to their chrome color after just a few trips in this thing. I won't say everything comes out clean, but it's a rare instance when a dish or a pot has to be hand washed after spending time in this thing. I went shopping just last week to replace a dishwasher in a rental that my son owns and was struck by the difference between this Samsung and the models I was looking at. All metal tub and door sheathing is totally worth it. And the versatility of the three drawers lets you really load a lot of dishes in ways that ensures they will come out clean. And the noise level is so low, you can barely detect that it is running until it discharges the dirty water down the drain. I have a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, and I have had no problems with any of them. I got hooked on the SmartThings app that connects them all, and it has been very useful in reminding me when to perform preventive maintenance to keep everything humming along.

Purchased the White Glass Bespoke 38db dishwasher and it has leaked ever since we got it. Samsung's third party repair vendor (this is in Florida) cannot seem to fix it. And, when you call them, it takes forever for them to come out to do the service repair. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Go ahead and get the Bosche. I wish I had.

It’s super quiet, love the wireless functionality (admittedly didn’t think I’d use it but I do). It’s a massive upgrade over what we had and just overall great quality!

Love the top rack as we as we use it for baby bottles. Wash is clean and efficient speed 60 works well for us and we use it daily in our household of 6. Hopefully we keep it up the positivity as we upgrade all other appliances to Samsung

There is a separate rack for glasses and cups which frees up space in the middle rack for bowls and smaller items . The racks are spacious and have enough clearance where the wash arm does not hit the dishes as it spins during the cleaning cycle. The center rack can raise up and down to support larger pans and dishes. It has several cleaning cycles and uses AI to assist in the cleaning. I appreciate the sleek appearance of the dishwasher without the handle. I would recommend this dishwasher, you will not be disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great till it broke down. Cleaned well, exceptionally quiet, but the drain pump failed after 3 months of use. Now waiting more than 2 weeks for a replacement pump, no idea when it will be in. Not impressed.
