[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smaller rack width (almost 1.5inch short compared to any other brand) & poor rack management makes it difficult to arrange plates, bowls & other utensils. If you lower middle rack its rotating spray blade will stuck due to dishes on bottom rack & if you raise it above you can't fit small plates as it get blocked by 3rd row. I struggle every night when placing dishes(I don't like it). I raised the complain on my 1st day of use but response was I'll have to pay restocking fee so was forced to keep it. Also it's way to loud for 1st 15-20mins & for sure its not below 42db. Over all capacity is small & can fit for smaller family (people up to 3) & if you have 4th person then it's too tight to fit utensils. After I purchased I've compared it with many other dishwasher at friends home & trust me this one is smaller in capacity due to smaller rack width (I'm not talking about exterior measurements, they are standard size). No issues in washing & drying, it does it well. Controlling thru smarthings app is great, love the features & it looks good. Will not recommend only because of poor rack management as I struggle to arrange dishes every time I use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my dishwasher was quiet, but then I bought the Samsung...I find myself checking to make sure it's actually running because it's so quiet in comparison. I bought it for the 3rd rack that holds glasses and coffee cups, but stayed for it's efficiency and noise level. I highly recommend.

I was really excited about this dishwasher, but was soon disappointed when I tried to load our dishes inside. Apparently everyone has tiny doll sized dinner plates, matching medium sized glasses, and no one drinks from stemmed wine glasses because our 10 1/2 inch plates only fit if you move the middle rack up, and then you can't fit any wine glasses, large Tervis Yeti cup due to the lack of height between the Upper rack and the 3rd rack. Thus, the 3rd rack becomes totally useless, and needs to be taken out. Im sure there may be a way to puzzle piece 10 1/2 inch plates and still use the 3rd rack, but hopefully you don't have kids that just shove stuff in the dishwasher. . Also, the silverware holder has only these tiny slots in the lid that no utensil of mine fits unless its a slim steak knife. It's quiet but definitely not whisper quiet, and there are only a few cyles that I can say are truly at 38db, as I measured it. Overall, my excitement was crushed when I finally went to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a premature failed Samsung DW (different model) and so far so good. Its quiet, really quiet. Top wash rack is a improvement over previous models. Smooth middle rack glides with ease and adjusts for height(s). Lower rack holds all you can throw at it. Powerful cycles and AI wash with energy conscious timing easily controlled from the hidden top panel or via Smart things app. Finish is clean and easy to maintain. Very happy overall.

I wouldn’t recommend buying if your dishwasher is not located directly next to where your dishwasher drains. The drain hose is connected inside the dishwasher at an angle so you can’t use an aftermarket hose, the only option if your drain is over 5’ away is to use an extension which is a high failure point. Samsung doesn’t sell a longer hose like their competitors so the only option is to use an extension. Their part website has a hose for this model of dishwasher but it says it’s for a refrigerator, lol, and it doesn’t list how long it is.

There is no water drops on any of the plastic items like my old dishwasher left behind. You can not hear this dishwasher at all it is very quiet.The extra shelf gives it a large capacity.It is very efficient and does not use a lot of water. My wife loves the eronomics. hot having a handle makes it look clean and sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good dishwasher. Very quiet. If you have large pans, tall dishes. It is hard to open and close the racks. I like the silverware rack. It has another silverware basket in the bottom so there is an option. Several Modes. If you attach it to wireless, It sends messages to your phone. Over all a very nice dshwasher. It worries me that it isfancy, and water here is so hard. But so far very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the unit for around a year. It's very flexible with loading and does a great job cleaning and drying. We normally run it in the AI mode with good results. The dishwasher is nearly silent and I LOVE that! I can stand next to it in a quiet house and normally I don't even notice it's running. It also has been working well in Smart things. When it's done running we get a popup alerting us on all the Samsung tvs in the house. Really pleased with this dishwasher.
