It runs quietly, cleans dishes thoroughly, and the sleek handle-less design gives it a clean, modern look that I really love. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In context we had a very very old dishwasher that did it's best when cleaning (not very well) and seemed to get loader with every wash. Sounded like it had its own thunderstorm going on inside. I knew whatever we got was going to be an immense upgrade but I didn't know how far this would go. With the three dish washing racks I feel like organizing is even better which gives more attention to each individual items cleaning process. We put our pots, plates and utensils at the bottom, our bowls and cups on the second rack and our spatulas with lid cups at the top. I used to never include lid tops in my old dishwasher so I am so happy it now has a place to be cleaned without it getting thrown everywhere in the process. I think the sound level is the biggest selling point of this machine. I have never had a dishwasher be this quiet. At most it sounds like light scratching on a door if the whole house is quiet. With a tv going or just regular family noises you honestly can not tell that it's washes dishes. When we first installed it I had to keep checking my app to see if it was prewashing or washing (you really can't tell a difference). The second best feature is the auto-release door! Truly innovative! It was a constant reminder on the old dishwasher to "open the door, open the door, dont forget to open the door" when it was done with a cycle otherwise you'll deal with very wet dishes and a few towels to go through to dry them. The auto-release helps our busy minds and helps witht he remaining process of making the dishes ready for shelf. It won't completely get rid of all the water but it's still a lot better than what I am used to. The third most amazing feature is the lights. Thank you to whoever thought to install lights. Not only can it double as a night light in the kitchen but when my brother sneaks his dirty dishes in the middle of the night he doesn't need to turn on the big kitchen light to see since the inside has a perfectly bright light to use. I am so happy that our kitchen has come together and now looks beautifully cohesive. The stainless steel look now matches our Samsung fridge and Samsung oven making it look like a complete set. Would also like to mention that I feel like I can fit double the amount of silverware now than before yet still having room for pans, bowls and plates. Magic? I think so.

First of all, it just looks so sleek. The stainless steel finish fits right in with our other appliances, and I love that the control buttons are hidden on top, no more little fingers pushing random buttons! It has that clean, modern look, but still feels super durable and family-friendly. What really won me over is how well it actually cleans. I don’t always have time (or let’s be honest, energy) to rinse every plate and cup before tossing them in, but this dishwasher doesn’t mind. The StormWash+ jets are powerful enough to get everything spotless even dried cereal bowls and messy baking trays. And the AutoRelease door? It pops open at the end of the cycle to help everything dry faster, which I didn’t think I’d care about… until I realized I wasn’t re-drying half the dishes with a towel anymore. One feature I didn’t think I needed but now really love is the SmartThings app. I can start or check on a cycle from my phone while I’m wrangling bedtime routines or out running errands. I love that there are interior lights that help you see when loading and unloading. The app intergeneration is phenomenal, I tend to forget about my dishwasher after loading it, but now, with the app I always know when my dishes are completed with a notification! I really like the AI wash feature as it helps ensure my dishes get the proper clean they need with out guessing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke dishwasher has a lot of great features. When you first turn it on it has a nice chime and the LCD screen comes on. It has ten different wash cycles which you can scroll through and select the best one. Since having the dishwasher my two favorites are the Stormwash and AI cycles. it is also extremely quiet when it is running. it has a 38 dba rating and you hardly know it running. it has three racks and the bottom is customizable depending on what disches your loading large or small. I love the interior, its a modernized look and is easy to clean. The rack handles are stainless stee as well which upgrades it even more. it has a light inside which illuminates when the door is opened. The auto release functionality is great. It will open the door automatically to dry the dishes at the end of each cycle. Lastly, it has a nice exterior which is a stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish with a recessed handle. it also has wifi compatibility and connects to the smart things app which is where we have all of our Samsung appliances. I am pleased we got this dishwasher, it is a great addition to our Samsung family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an opportunity to use our dishwasher 4 times during the week that we’ve had it. These are my personal experiences over that timeframe. The dishwasher was a pleasant visual addition to our clean-looking kitchen. It matches very well with our other Stainless-Steel appliances. The one we picked is fingerprint resistant which is a great feature being that we have a toddler who loves to put his grimy hands on just about any surface. As much as we love those little hands, it’s best those reminders aren’t on everything. If there is a smudge, it’s easily wiped off. I was blown away by its capacity and ability to hold a very large load of dishes. It has three racks; the bottom rack is relatively standard but does have some adjustable features to allow bulky items to be fit in. The second (middle) rack is fully adjustable height wise. There are three levels it can be on. And the bonus third rack is a real winner; it has a nifty utensil rack and spot for glasses. The glasses have a dedicated washer that gets the items squeaky clean. After a new load has been put in, I typically select the “normal” setting and let it do it’s thing. There are more settings but that’s my go to. When it’s on, it is so darn quiet. I even had to get real close to the unit to ensure that it was on and working the first time I started it. This is great because my husband and I love watching TV but we can’t have it too load to not wake our children. We always had to find “the sweet spot” for volume with our other unit, but not this one. All and all, this is a real winner and a great new addition to our home.

I already have it more then a month and I am truly impressed with this dishwasher I owned Ge brands before ,but this one is one of the best on the market, you can't tell that is running so quiet, clean dishes extremely well they coming out clean and dry, AI cycle will detect how dirty dishes are and amount of detergent and will adjust cycle accordingly, the fact that you can remotely start dishwasher using smart things it is great as well, state of the art, buy it you won't regret it

I LOVE this dishwasher! I haven’t had a dishwasher in years, but I was so impressed with this machine’s ability to clean stuck on messes, every-day messes and bottles with tiny openings. I do generally rinse off the dishes first, but if you don’t- this machine will still get things sparkling clean! It is so quiet, I sometimes do not know it is on. I only occasionally hear it drain. I’m enjoying the AI features and accessibility with my phone. It also connects with my Samsung TV, sending a notice when a cycle is complete. It automatically opens for the drying cycle, so more often than not, everything is completely dry! I did add rinse aid as initially the dishes were a little wet and spotty, but that seemed to help. I like the adjustability of the second rack, this allowed big pots and pans to fit on the bottom. The second rack is a little awkward for fitting bowls, but it works! Overall, I highly recommend this dishwasher and am happy with it. It looks beautiful in my space also.
