The Cooling features are awesome. It took about 2 hours for my fridge and freezer to reach temperature upon delivery. The organizational space is perfect for large quantities and families.

The touch screen is giant like so huge and I can connect it to my ring cameras at home and watch them from the screen. The camera food tracking AI is cool to keep track of food and it doesn't ignore the other storage parts of the fridge, you can also add what food is in the freezer and pull out drawer and there's cameras for left and right door if the fridge which is so helpful to see without opening. We are loving the auto open buttons as well and the huge capacity.

The product failed in 6 months. Took a week to repair. The repair made it worse, and all my fridge stuff got frozen. Been waiting for a week now for someone to come in an repair this. Samsung, get your act together. Just good looking products are not enough.

The ai features are what your concerned about most. It does a decent job of cataloging the contents of the fridge but, it will make mistakes and miss what was taken out or put in; from time to time. I tried one recipe from the fridge, the recipe was decent. What you are going to do is binge youtube for recipes on the fridge. Also, leaving notes on the fridge is such a great feature. You will use it far more than you think. And make sure your family photos are sync, you can display them on the fridge. Fair warning, people will crowd your kitchen.
