[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it a couple weeks but love it so far!! We went to a counter depth size and love it. We chose this model as a part of our kitchen remodel and it brings technology to our new space. The temp is consistent and the app is user friendly!

Huge, so much space, The ice is definitely my favorite part. We love how many compartments there are, and how there's always a water and ice stocked. It makes organization very easy. The AI is very helpful as well. We also love that we can stream our favorite music right from the fridge.

I would strongly recommend this product!!! We had been searching for a fridge after having a 20 year old refrigerator but ours stopped working well so we decided to go shopping for one. We saw this one and HAD TO GET IT. The 4 doors are really helpful, the top drawer from the bottom is helpful if you have a bad back and need to access something quick.

We had to upgrade from the older Samsung Family Hub 3.0 and purchased the Bespoke 29 cu.ft. 4-door refrigerator with AI Family Hub. I also was sure to add the 7 years extended warranty, with my purchase because I was made aware that any appliance created after 2012 has a life of 7-10 years. A true upgrade on the new Bespoke refrigerator is that it has the ice maker down below. I was told by a certified refrigerator repair man that if I was to get another one of these refrigerators, I had to make sure that the ice-maker was not in the upper part of the refrigerator as those tend to need repairs more frequently. There's a self filling water pitcher, which I love because it saves space and I don't have to worry about my kids not refilling the pitcher. The AI vision is also able to track expiration dates as well as what goes into and out of the refrigerator. I have my ring camera connected to the fridge as well, which is a nice touch. The doors are also touchless. It's beautiful and functional. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

This refrigerator looks fantastic in our kitchen. We previously had a stainless steel finished one and I wasn't sure how the white glass doors would look. I'm glad I trusted my husband. It really looks great in out kitchen. Love the features! Highly recommend!

It’s a great product, however I was under the impression that it can download apps but it only allows the pre installed ones. Also, the door which has the water tank is very thick and doesn’t allow much space to open. Therefore, you must have a much larger gap away from the wall to open than a usual fridge door. Besides these 2 inconveniences for me, the fridge works very well. It cools perfectly and has a lot of room and deep drawers. I am pleased with the large hub and its apps are convenient and very helpful. I love the food recipes suggestions.
