Life changing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator makes my kitchen complete. It’s spacious and fits all my food for a family for 4. I love the water station and the pitcher automatically refills. Love this!
It’s not as great as I had hoped- but it’s good
The Ice maker had some issues when we first got it, we hope that has been resolved now, although there is still a strange frost all over the ice maker tray- almost as if air is getting inside. I love the size of the refrigerator, but the fingerprints are horrible ! The water pitcher is a winner- can’t liv without that again, great feature. The screen is a bit much, I was star struck in the store by all the tech but now that it’s here, it’s all very clunky and unnecessary. The Alexa interferes with every Alexa in my house The memo pad function only works half the time. I wish I had gotten this fridge without the screen.
Smart Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator.It has a very sleek design and function .You can control the entire refrigerator from your mobile app .Every time you place an item the refrigerator takes a picture and you can see the items inside the refrigerator on your app .Next to the water dispenser hidden behind the is a water jug which is very useful to add Mont and cucumbers in it.
Style over substance.
Love the look and the screen. Loved having our family calendar easily accessible. I liked the ice drawer and the water jug inside the door. Drawer space is limited and the shelves are awkwardly spaced. This is my 3rd Samsung fridge. Not my favorite as capacity is not as efficient as others I’ve owned. Unfortunately the freezer stopped cooling after 4 months then the fridge followed shortly after. So not actually fulfilling the primary objective of the purchase. Pretty but useless. With no replacement in sight.

LED SCREEN and AI FAMILY HUB IS PROBLEMATIC
We do not recommend this refrigerator if you are purchasing it because of the AI family hub with screen and internet connectivity. We are now on our second refrigerator since purchasing it less than three weeks ago. The first one was delivered defective because the screen would not even turn on. We then had to have a replacement delivered, and the replacement’s screen has gone dark within two weeks of having been delivered. Samsung offers this refrigerator in the same configuration without a screen and the opening doors - that might be a less problematic version of this model. However, if the quality control from Samsung is so bad that the screens don’t work it causes me to question their overall quality control. On top of that, they don’t provide a meaningful users manual to help us troubleshoot this problem and I’ve spent time on their website trying to find a user’s manual without success - if it exists then it is hidden somewhere or not otherwise obvious. I am frustrated by this product and the investment.

Bestoke Refrigerator best ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator had all the options you could possibly need. The doors open and close great. Being able to do them on the app makes it so easy. The two icemakers are fantastic. I’ve had this refrigerator over a month and it’s the best refrigerator I have ever had. No problems at all very easy to install and the AI features are fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The design is absolutely stunning. In terms of functionality, the storage space is incredible, it easily fits everything for my family. The Beverage Center is another highlight. Having a built-in water dispenser and AutoFill pitcher makes it easy to just some water without taking up shelf space. The dual ice maker has been a big hit in our household too since we no longer need a separate ice maker. The smart features are a nice touch as well since I can check temperatures, adjust settings, and even get alerts from the SmartThings app which adds convenience and peace of mind. Overall it’s an amazing product and i would definitely recommend it to others.

I’m on the shorter side so just a bit hard to grab things on the top rack and far back. Other than that we love our new fridge!
Sleek and Modern Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek design and versatile storage options! I love that the panels are customizable for different "looks" - we had a promotion for a spare set, so we can change the appearance throughout the year. The user manual is super sparce, though, with various QR codes for instructions on different components. Would be great if it were consolidated. The Family Hub is very useful and we can control our smart devices from there. The automatic door opening function WOULD be great, but the doors barely open a crack (yes, it's level!) and you still need to use your hands to open. We will see how the surfaces hold up to fingerprints over time.
Where’s your Service
I equipped my entire kitchen with Samsung Bespoke product, purchasing a new Samsung Refrigerator ( >$3200), Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave direct from Samsung. I went direct thinking that customer service and all the other aspects of quality would be met. However, after a little over two years (just after the warranty period) my dishwasher (bespoke) stopped working. I contacted Samsung Service and the responsiveness has been horrible. We spoke about the warranty and even purchasing a new one and never got a call back. I’d like this email sent to senior leadership at Samsung as I look for a remedy. My kitchen is now equipped with a boat anchor and the label on that anchor is Samsung. My junk Maytag lasted longer and if this is not remedied I will let every rating service know NOT to purchase Samsung, especially direct. If I sound upset, I am. I call service and never hear back. I call the warranty group and all they care about is maximizing profit by charging me >$300 for a 1-yr warranty and then call me back.
