Great tv, especially for the price!!!

Purchased for my guest room prior to my mom coming for a visit. I’d gotten the newest FStick for my big living room tv… so also moved the older FStick to this tv. Was easy to set up w WiFi… FStick connected easily. I did start to go through the Vizio smart tv settings, but then realized likely wouldn’t ever use them so didn’t finish that setup. It does have a Vizio app you can use w it… I did download that too but, again, decided part way through that wasn’t needed w the FStick. All our TVs have them and is a “just what you’re used to” using. But the stock Vizio settings had a nice layout and appeared would also be easy to use if needed. Picture quality was good and my mom said worked well for her! Great tv for a bit over $100… I remember when these were many thousands of dollars!!! (I’m dating myself a bit w that… lol!)

Such a disappointment

This TV is absolute garbage. The smartcast keeps freezing and needing to be reset. Constantly loses internet connection even though wifi signal is strong. The live TV freezes Constantly. I have another Vizio tv ive had for a few years now that works fine, but this tv was just a disappointment. What happened vizio???

Very Unhappy

I had a Vizio in the past and it was a great tv. This one was not like the other. This one is complete junk. The "Smart" feature is terrible. It keeps locking up, losing internet connection, I dont have an internet problem in my home, and I have to unplug the tv several times a day to get it to reset. It wont even reset on the first try I may have to do it 3 or 4 times before the tv begins working again. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this television. In fact mine is now in the garbage because the remote control put a huge hole in the screen somehow. Spend a few more dollars and get a decent tv.

Just a tv w/ a bunch of preloaded apps. If anyone in the same house chooses to vacuum, wash or shred documents and watch tv at the same time DONT BUY THIS. It loses signal of glitches out for everything when using antenna. NO channel guide, slow reacting remote,

Not so good if your cutting cable

This TV is not so good for OTA broacasts, its hard to get back to the OTA channel you were watching from Smart Cast, or another Streaming input. Also when you're on the OTA input when you want to go back to the previous channel you some times have to press the remote 2-3 times beofre the TV changes channels. I suppose it would be great for cable, or satellite TV.

VIZIO could be better at casting.

There are pretty decent TVs. The picture is not that good when sitting close to it 5 ft or less. It shows distortion inherent to 720P. Sitting back from it 8 to 12 feet no problem. I have two of these and the hardest thing to do is cast to them! Goggle chromecast is mandatory and about an hour to sort it out. That covers P.C. to TV, Android to TV. Or if using an MSI branded PC. Ditch everything and use MSI Glide! It's the bomb!

Not working after exactly 2 months

It was a nice tv. Very lightweight but the features were great and the picture quality was good. However, exactly two months to the date I purchased it, stopped working. Screen went black and that was the end. It was not touched or knocked over. I hope I can exchange it for a different kind.

Great quality for that really low price tag.

It arrived qwikly and what a pleasant surprise. For a bargain price of $97 I could not be happier with the quality and the ease of setup. Visio has made the apps much easier to manage. And getting to local channels is now a breeze when it used to be a long delay. Sound is still and issue as the speakers in the back tend to create a reduced sound but it's in a small room so no concerns.

I have bought several Vizio TV’s. Always have been good. Until I installed one in my kitchen which is close to the to the living room and I have a Vizio television in there. If I use the remote in either room it will control both TV’s. I contacted Vizio and they told me to use their app to control the kitchen. If you don’t have WiFi that will not work. Not happy with this.

This tv is amazing! Picture and sound quality is superb. Was purchased for our RV, but will definitely be purchasing one for the bedrooms for our new house when the build is completed.
