Set was packaged well. Easy set-up. Has great picture if you have a good cable service and sound is better than average. Wifi is only 2G capable, no 5G wifi reception capability. Nice feature is the download signal scanning which works well for what the tv is receiving.

This tv is amazing! Picture and sound quality is superb. Was purchased for our RV, but will definitely be purchasing one for the bedrooms for our new house when the build is completed. Price was the mail selling point and I wasn’t sure the tv would be a good investment. Boy was I wrong. This tv is amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

This TV is not so good for OTA broacasts, its hard to get back to the OTA channel you were watching from Smart Cast, or another Streaming input. Also when you're on the OTA input when you want to go back to the previous channel you some times have to press the remote 2-3 times beofre the TV changes channels. I suppose it would be great for cable, or satellite TV.

This is a really good starter TV or second TV. Picture isn't quite as sharp as our larger, more expensive VIZIO--husband notes that he couldn't always follow the puck--but otherwise it does the job and functions very well in a room that's 30 feet from our wifi router.

I do not like this TV at all, it came with no instructions on how to use the remote at all. I do not have did not have any thing on how to use the remote I just want my regular accounts. my son worked with it for two days %26 got it to bring up local channels but turn the tv off %26 back on later its the same game over.

Period accordingly, I purchased a smaller TV and I’m sure that will work just as well as the previous and probably much better even.

When we move the RV we used to set up a satellite dish but now we simply stream content without all the dish setup and cables everywhere especially in campgrounds that do not provide cable hook ups. Great color, lightweight and convenient

Always have to factory reset tv sometimes all the apps disappear and you can only use what’s on remote like if you want to watch Netflix you press Netflix button for all the other apps to appear on Home Screen I always have to factory reset it it’s super annoying and thought you get better features for more expensive tv not the case very disappointing and actually bought a total of 3 for basement and both kids rooms all different sizes and same thing for all three and sometimes on kids tv the picture has green weird coloring and then factory reset it and then it’s fine but makes me wonder these TVs prob won’t last long wish I went with just something cheaper like our roku tv it was cheap and have had it for years and never ever any problems highly disappointed especially because Vizo is suppose to be so great

I’m mad that I bought the TV I open up the box. It was batteries in the remote. It should never be batteries and no remote that someone has purchased with a money second the guy got here 1130 at night. And then he tells me oh, this is the last one they don’t have no more I felt like somebody mess with the television and now my three-year-old is whining about a television, but it does not work. So I probably will never buy TV from you guys again I love Walmart since the pandemic I have been ordering from you guys, but this is a smack in the face. I’m so disappointed no one should not have batteries in a remote with a brand new TV come in fresh out the box it even had no guards for the screen I bought a 50 inch 55 inch from Amazon I could not TV sucks

The ad said easy to use, can watch tv right out of the box. Wrong!! and with hundreds of free channels- misleading!! What it should have said is “…….but only if you have home internet already in place”. I am a senior who didn’t have internet. Silly me, I believed the ad about easy to watch right out of the box. I was also deeply disappointed to discover that even with internet, there were NO local channels. I like local news. I posted on neighborhood chat room and that is how I discovered that local channels are available ONLY with a streaming service OR with digital antenna. No where was that mentioned about local channels in the Walmart ad. Nor did it mention antennas as an option. Also, onscreen user guide is useless to me because it is only available with internet. I had to make a special trip to a library to look up the user guide online and print it out (48 pages). Vizio would do well to remember that tech-challenged senior citizens buy tvs too
