The visuals compare to past brands I've used, free tv options surpass previous brands, and stock apps are great selection. Wish the tv was a little more integrated with mobile phone use and past brands offered web surfing experience. Audio quality is poor would be my only complaint. Overall you can't beat the value for the price!

After I bought this Smart television, it upgraded and I had to reset it to restart services. Unfortunately I gave it as a gift and the person did not read the notice on the outer box that in 2023 there was an upgrade, as I was told. So, I had to follow instructions on the screen to download Vizio website to register and reset (avoided the displayed Tel# which had a fee). Too much work for a Smart TV
