Don’t Waste Your Money and Time Like I did!

TV is very low quality. Menus and captions VERY hard to read from more than 3 ft. away. Menus are also VERY NON-NON USER FRIENDLY (So is the remote by the way). I didn’t really expect the sound quality to be that great, but this TVs sound is ridiculously horrible. Apple play worked when it felt like it; even at high speed and strong internet connectivity. I’m not sure if anything else worked or performed poorly or not, because I couldn’t get it back into the box fast enough. I switched from Vizio to Samsung 6 years ago. Now I remember why. Returned for refund.

Great picture, but need patience for setup...

I originally was going to give this TV 5 stars because of the beautiful picture, but decided to give it 4 stars instead because of the aggravation in trying to set the TV up. I had to attempt the setup process at least 4 to 5 times before it actually connected and worked. It was annoying to say the least. However, if you persevere and get it connected, it does have a great picture and is a very nice TV for the price.

Great spare tv

First TV I ordered was missing the remote and one of the legs. Sent it back with no issues at all. Replacement was delivered in 3days. I bought this because my grandson was coming for the summer and we didn't have a TV in our spare room. Took about 20 minutes from out of box to adding wifi, and getting apps set up. Since all he watches is basically Netflix this was a perfect choice and he loves it.

Don't buy, you will just return it.

I brought two of these T.Vs as gifts for my kids. I can understand if one T.V is acting up. It happens, but both are acting up. They are fresh out of the box. Don't waste your time or money on these. You will be returning them. If you do buy this, get the warranty. I always do. Some people don't. You definitely should on this product.

Horrible garbage!!!

This tv is garbage!! Do not waste your money. I’ve had it for exactly one month today- it won’t even turn on. I have had problems form the start, will not load any streaming services, spotty performance at best. I will attempt a return but I do not have the box. I’ll probably just take it out back and smash it!!

Lasted less than 6 months

Didn’t even last 6 months. I bought this to put in my girls room. It’s basically just a play room for them, so this tv was not being used often. I heard Vizio was supposed to be a great brand, but I didn’t want to drop money for a 65in for the main room so I thought I’d test out a smaller size to see if I liked it, and go with a cheaper brand for the living room. The Vizio had problems from the start and now will simply not play anything or will exit out to the home screen every five minutes. I have no connection/wifi issues with any other device in my house and have ran network tests multiple times. The tv is just garbage.

Great tv. Easy to set-up. Remote easy to use. Good picture quality. I returned it because I needed the Spectrum App and there are only two tvs that accept the Spectrum App - ROKU and Samsung. Had I known this before purchase I would not have purchased this tv. I want back to Walmart and bought a Phillips ROKU tv which works fine with the Spectrum App.

Purchased for my guest room prior to my mom coming for a visit. I’d gotten the newest FStick for my big living room tv… so also moved the older FStick to this tv. Was easy to set up w WiFi… FStick connected easily. I did start to go through the Vizio smart tv settings, but then realized likely wouldn’t ever use them so didn’t finish that setup. It does have a Vizio app you can use w it… I did download that too but, again, decided part way through that wasn’t needed w the FStick. All our TVs have them and is a “just what you’re used to” using. But the stock Vizio settings had a nice layout and appeared would also be easy to use if needed. Picture quality was good and my mom said worked well for her! Great tv for a bit over $100… I remember when these were many thousands of dollars!!! (I’m dating myself a bit w that… lol!)

Great quality for that really low price tag.

It arrived qwikly and what a pleasant surprise. For a bargain price of $97 I could not be happier with the quality and the ease of setup. Visio has made the apps much easier to manage. And getting to local channels is now a breeze when it used to be a long delay. Sound is still and issue as the speakers in the back tend to create a reduced sound but it's in a small room so no concerns.
