TV is very low quality. Menus and captions VERY hard to read from more than 3 ft. away. Menus are also VERY NON-NON USER FRIENDLY (So is the remote by the way). I didn’t really expect the sound quality to be that great, but this TVs sound is ridiculously horrible. Apple play worked when it felt like it; even at high speed and strong internet connectivity. I’m not sure if anything else worked or performed poorly or not, because I couldn’t get it back into the box fast enough. I switched from Vizio to Samsung 6 years ago. Now I remember why. Returned for refund.

I had this TV for myself in the past and gave it to my daughter but she broke it. Until then it was just fine. I recently bought another one for her and its still pretty good. I also like that Walmart sells remotes that work for all Vizio model TVs, which I got one for the last TV because she destroyed that too lol. So now she has a spare remote with the new one. No complaints about the TV. I never had an issue with the old one nor this new one now.

Ordered online received the tv opened the box and the entire screen was broken. Now I have to return to the store. When I went to pick up replacement the box was damaged and it was the only one they had Going to try again and I'll make sure I open the box at the store

This tv is amazing! Picture and sound quality is superb. Was purchased for our RV, but will definitely be purchasing one for the bedrooms for our new house when the build is completed. Price was the mail selling point and I wasn’t sure the tv would be a good investment. Boy was I wrong. This tv is amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

This tv has been lacking since we got it. It will randomly decide to stop working and i have to completely reset it and redownload everything each time. Youtube TV and Netflix also dont work on it half of the time, only giving me either a blank screen with sound playing or a screen with red lines all over it. I would not buy another one for sure.

The TV itself is ok picture-wise, but the sound quality is TERRIBLE! If you don't have a home theater system or external speakers to use with this TV I strongly recommend not buying it. It was cheap and I've already got it set up, but if I wasn't so lazy I would return it. As it stands I am searching for a sound bar to see if I can't make it bearable to listen to.

I have bought several Vizio TV’s. Always have been good. Until I installed one in my kitchen which is close to the to the living room and I have a Vizio television in there. If I use the remote in either room it will control both TV’s. I contacted Vizio and they told me to use their app to control the kitchen. If you don’t have WiFi that will not work. Not happy with this.

I purchased this tv for my kitchen. I can’t believe that I didn’t think to replace my old tv with a smart tv! I enjoy my tv soo much, I don’t want to or have to! The color and picture are fantastic! I got all I need in the kitchen. Oh, and did I say the tv is near my wine fridge? Need I say more?

This TV is not so good for OTA broacasts, its hard to get back to the OTA channel you were watching from Smart Cast, or another Streaming input. Also when you're on the OTA input when you want to go back to the previous channel you some times have to press the remote 2-3 times beofre the TV changes channels. I suppose it would be great for cable, or satellite TV.
