Tv is already not functioning properly

Well I had this tv shipped to the Sterling Correctional Facility to my son in Sterling Colorado which is where he is incarcerated. He has only had it for about 2 months and 3 weeks and the brightness contrast is already starting to flicker. There was no warranty sent to me or him. The only papers that came in the box with the tv was a manual telling how to set it up and hook it up to a DVD player. He said in order to view the warranty or troubleshoot it is you have to view it with a WiFi and they don’t allow him any WiFi service therefore I need a warranty sent to him and an owners manual.

Get what you pay for... Hard Pass on this one peop

We bought 2 of these for the great price July 1st of 2021 and by Nov. 5th 2021 both screens on them started to die. The first one everytime we went to play anything we got green screen. The second one, started showing blue screen throughout the picture. So disappointed!

Good picture, sound a bit flat as compared to previous tv, but after a few days I guess I got used to it. Remote and built-in programing aren't as good as Samsung, very basic. Example: if you press info it just tells you the time and which tv you are viewing and mode. No programming info is given. So... if you are used to channel/ show/program or movie title you won't find it here. A voice search/command button would be nice and a tradeoff for lack of other usability.

Would not buy again

Pretty picture, first one came with a cracked screen but Walmart made good. But the remote is clumsy, awkward, and responds like frozen molasses. Have had to turn off several times to get out of freezes. Really irritating is that the "info" does not tell you anything of use like the station or program name - I have an old Sony that gives that info. Would not buy this brand again.

Ordered online received the tv opened the box and the entire screen was broken. Now I have to return to the store. When I went to pick up replacement the box was damaged and it was the only one they had Going to try again and I'll make sure I open the box at the store

This tv has been lacking since we got it. It will randomly decide to stop working and i have to completely reset it and redownload everything each time. Youtube TV and Netflix also dont work on it half of the time, only giving me either a blank screen with sound playing or a screen with red lines all over it. I would not buy another one for sure.

I would not buy this TV if I were you. It performs somewhat. However when I come home for my lunch break it can take up to 10 minutes to get the content I want. In addition there’s a problem with the volume. It goes to 100% a lot without anything happening. Now it will jump from 100 to 0 and back. At first I thought it was probably someone close to me that was on the same channel as my remote but I’ve talked to my neighbors and I don’t think it is . Buy a different TV is my review

All I Can See is Reflection - TV

Purchase not 1,but 2 of these for my kids' rooms. Havent had that long, and having to keeo rebooting. I have a great internet connect and the TV just refuses to load and just says not available. When it worked it would work for ahwile and then require a reboot or power restart. why? Both tvs do the same thing and I havr ruled out any connection, and power issue. It is just the tv itself. The remote keeps stalling as well even with a fresh set of batteries. I think I want my money back this is awful and its been a headache each time I have to go to my kids room when they are complaining about thr TV is not working.
