Our son is a fan of the versatile middle drawer with its five temperature settings; perfect for his snacks. I’m all about the dual auto ice maker that delivers both cubed ice and Ice Bites™. The drawer just the right level for my toddlers to retrieve their favorite box juice. The AI setup to keep me connected to the foods in my fridge expiration dates. The large capacity, each section holds all of my foods in its own separate compartment. The outer face Internet connection is spot on, connecting each of us to our favorite TV program, radio station, or just doodling fun faces. Last the 2 different ice cubes, is also a special feature what a treat. I can't say enough about my Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, the best fridge ever!

The inside camera helps us keep track of what we’re running low on or what is expiring. It is a beautiful design and addition to our kitchen!

We love the look and functionality of your Bespoke refrigerator, however, within the first year the ice maker broke. Now it appears there is something wrong with the compressor (just three years old). The problem is there are no available repair techs in our area even though we live in a larger metropolitan area.

Purchased in January 2025 for my new house under construction. Connected the refrigerator in June and next day it leaked and did a lot of damage. Called Samsung for repair and 3 months passed and still waiting for Samsung warranty fix my refrigerator.

Disappointed that Smart Things app doesn't access all setups for the Family Hub, and have not yet found d those instructions to drill down. Temperatures inside seem to drift from settings more than expected. Overall a purchase with long term promise.

We chose this refrigerator for its size and functionality, especially the separate drawer that makes it easy to grab our favorite snacks. I also love the side screen feature, which lets us view our calendar and leave notes for each other. The only downside: fingerprints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is very roomy. Love all the drawers, having two options for ice. Water pitcher and bottle filler are great. Best fridge I ever owned. Wife even put a picture frame in it. Not sure what that's all about. But she seems to like it. No issues with it. This replaced a Frigidaire that had been nothing but trouble for 3 years. Like night and day. Enjoy leaving notes and making weekly menu. As well as monitoring our ring cameras.

I like to see what im missing in groceries and what i take out
