[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator. Love it. Totally modern. Nice design. High tech. Love the cameras. I can see what food I have in stock when I go to the market from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easily the doors open with no pull handles. The ice machine making 2 different sizes of ice is very appealing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the touch screen feature, the exterior design, large capacity, and the water feature and large ice container.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung Bespoke AI Family Hub refrigerator has been a great upgrade. The smart screen is useful for calendars, music, and quick questions, while the customizable design looks sharp in the kitchen. Cooling is excellent so far. Love the deli drawer and beverage center. It connected easily with WIFI and has lots of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned quite a few high-end appliances over the years, but this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator genuinely feels like a next-generation upgrade, not just a cosmetic refresh. I went with the black steel finish, and it completely transformed the look of my kitchen—clean, modern, and premium without being flashy. Capacity & Layout (10/10) At 23 cu. ft. counter-depth, this fridge hits a sweet spot—plenty of space without sticking out awkwardly. The 4-door design is extremely practical: Flexible storage zones make it easy to separate meats, produce, drinks, etc. Deep door bins and adjustable shelving give you real usable space The layout is intuitive—you're not digging around to find things It's ideal for a family or anyone who likes to keep a well-stocked fridge. Even after loading it up, it still feels organized. Connectivity & Smart Features (Game-Changer) The AI Family Hub™+ is where this fridge really separates itself: Massive 32-inch touchscreen built into the door Full smart home integration via Wi-Fi and SmartThings Stream music, mirror your phone, leave notes, manage calendars But the standout feature is AI Vision Inside™: Tracks what goes in and out of your fridge automatically Helps with grocery lists and meal planning You can literally check your fridge from your phone This isn't gimmicky—it's actually useful day-to-day. Efficiency & Performance This unit is ENERGY STAR certified, which already puts it ahead in efficiency . But the AI layer takes it further: Adjusts cooling based on usage patterns Helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption Maintains very stable temperatures (better food preservation) In real-world use, it runs quietly and efficiently—no complaints at all. Interface & User Experience The interface feels like using a high-end tablet: Smooth, responsive touchscreen Clean UI with apps, widgets, and smart home controls Voice and touch integration works seamlessly It's not just a screen—it becomes the control center of your kitchen. Visibility & Interior Design This is one of the most underrated strengths: Bright, evenly distributed LED lighting Clear visibility across all compartments AI camera lets you see inside remotely No more guessing what's in the back or forgetting items. Final Verdict This refrigerator isn't just about keeping food cold—it's about integrating your kitchen into your digital life. What stood out most: ✔ Perfect balance of capacity + counter-depth design ✔ AI features that are actually useful ✔ Stunning black steel finish ✔ Best-in-class smart interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just needs to work out some kinks, left side door doesn't always activate light when opened. Ice maker jams periodically, but even with those issues it still functions as supposed to. Temperature is very consistent, needs to have light on option on the water/ice dispenser and temp memory from recovery from power failure .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my refrigerator period it does all that I would like and more period it is beautiful coordinates well with my other Samsung appliances period I appreciate the quality for products, I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE INSIDE WATER PITCHER & 2 SIZES OF ICE CUBES.Tthank you!

The product failed in 6 months. Took a week to repair. The repair made it worse, and all my fridge stuff got frozen. Been waiting for a week now for someone to come in an repair this. Samsung, get your act together. Just good looking products are not enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great fridge but can be a little expensive. Overall very much worth the price in my opinion. Capacity, smart features, and temp control are all top of the line. If you have the money to splurge, this is a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is absolutely perfect. Nice appliances are so satisfying to me, and this Samsung delivers. It's spacious and customizable. It's easy to keep clean and looks like new with a simple wipe down. It's very easy to setup, user friendly, and connects to my phone. I like that I can check if the doors are closed because I have little ones who often don't close the doors properly. We have had a few power outages and I'm always impressed how quickly it returns to its normal temperature.
