The two icemakers are fantastic. I've had this refrigerator over a month and it's the best refrigerator I have ever had. No problems at all very easy to install and the AI features are fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator.It has a very sleek design and function .You can control the entire refrigerator from your mobile app .Every time you place an item the refrigerator takes a picture and you can see the items inside the refrigerator on your app .Next to the water dispenser hidden behind the is a water jug which is very useful to add Mont and cucumbers in it.

Samsung products have become very low quality. I purchased this refrigerator and with less than 5 years of normal usage, the whole unit has stopped working. Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand

Capturing food in and out. My food list is always up to date which works great when having to decide what to make for dinner. Ice maker is in the freezer and water dispenser in the fridge. Bonus for the refillable pitcher!! More spacious than previous model. Love this fridge so far.

My last samsung had a light in the bottom freezer. Now my sealing bar between the ref doors is not sealing well. Only had for 6 months. Overall, it's a very good refrigerator — Samsung clearly continues to push the boundaries of what a smart fridge can do. That said, after spending time with it, there are some clear strengths and a few areas where Samsung still has work to do. ✅ What I Love (Pros) Impressive Storage Capacity The interior space is generous and well-organized, making it easy to store everything from weekly grocery hauls to large platters for entertaining. Samsung has done a great job maximizing usable space. Excellent Cooling Performance The cooling is consistent and reliable across all compartments. Food stays fresh noticeably longer, and temperature recovery after opening the doors is quick. Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker This is honestly one of my favorite features. The built-in beverage center is incredibly convenient for quick access to filtered water and drinks without opening the main door. Having two types of ice makers — cubed and Ice Bites™ — is a surprisingly useful luxury that I didn't know I needed until I had it. It would be a full 5 stars if the AI/screen worked a little better. Right now the UI is a bit clunky — but the great thing is this can be updated continuously. I'd buy this fridge again — and I talk about it more than I care to admit.

The display says ice maker full/off when it's not full and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to manually switch the icon to on/make ice. But it's nice cause there is two different sizes made. The ice tray lid could have been made to open/close easier. Display is nice. Food monitoring for expiration is good. I like the crisper in the middle. Nyice fridge.

Love the look and the screen. Loved having our family calendar easily accessible. I liked the ice drawer and the water jug inside the door. Drawer space is limited and the shelves are awkwardly spaced. This is my 3rd Samsung fridge. Not my favorite as capacity is not as efficient as others I've owned. Unfortunately the freezer stopped cooling after 4 months then the fridge followed shortly after. So not actually fulfilling the primary objective of the purchase. Pretty but useless. With no replacement in sight.
