I previously owned the Family Hub generation and recently upgraded to the newer model featuring the larger AI Hub screen. Overall, it's a very good refrigerator — Samsung clearly continues to push the boundaries of what a smart fridge can do. That said, after spending time with it, there are some clear strengths and a few areas where Samsung still has work to do. ✅ What I Love (Pros) Impressive Storage Capacity The interior space is generous and well-organized, making it easy to store everything from weekly grocery hauls to large platters for entertaining. Samsung has done a great job maximizing usable space. Excellent Cooling Performance The cooling is consistent and reliable across all compartments. Food stays fresh noticeably longer, and temperature recovery after opening the doors is quick. Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker This is honestly one of my favorite features. The built-in beverage center is incredibly convenient for quick access to filtered water and drinks without opening the main door. Having two types of ice makers — cubed and Ice Bites™ — is a surprisingly useful luxury that I didn't know I needed until I had it. We saw it at the store again and I sold my fridge and to be honest, this one is smaller in size but has more room inside. I love the water features on the inside that keeps the outside looking clean. The ability to watch a cooking show in my kitchen, on the fridge, is amazing! We love having the ability to view so many apps in the area we spend most of our time. I cook everyday now! The middle drawer that can be fridge or freezer makes it more efficient to plan meals for the week. Also being able to view the meal planner on the fridge helps. And of course the best part is being at the grocery store and ordering if you have something and having the ability to see what’s inside. It also sees what you put in and what you take out. At first I thought it was a little creepy but now I don’t know how to live without it. There is so much more…

Samsung products have become very low quality. I purchased this refrigerator and with less than 5 years of normal usage, the whole unit has stopped working. Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand

Meats its meats/cheese, vegs and layers and layers of food as it has several shelves. I don't know how I have lived without this.

It would be a full 5 stars if the AI/screen worked a little better. Right now the UI is a bit clunky — but the great thing is this can be updated continuously. I’d buy this fridge again — and I talk about it more than I care to admit.
