DO NOT BUY, broke within 2 hours of install after update was pushed to Family Hub, Thing is a brick now. Then they tell us they cant fix it, and we can return it and buy another one to replace it, with no time line on when we would have a functional fridge. Then to top it off they no longer have our old fridge they took away.

The display says ice maker full/off when it’s not full and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to manually switch the icon to on/make ice. But it’s nice cause there is two different sizes made. The ice tray lid could have been made to open/close easier. Display is nice. Food monitoring for expiration is good. I like the crisper in the middle. Nyice fridge.

You can do anything with the Ai support.This is what you call smart home and I don’t see any other brands have this technology..i will stick with Samsung for ever.

It was a great fridge. Loved most of the features and have had no issues with it. Then they updated it and it started showing ads on my screen. Now I will be replacing it and removing Samsung from the list of brands I consider for my Appliances/Electronics in the future. Ridiculous move Samsung.

Overall, it's a very good refrigerator — Samsung clearly continues to push the boundaries of what a smart fridge can do. That said, after spending time with it, there are some clear strengths and a few areas where Samsung still has work to do. ✅ What I Love (Pros) Impressive Storage Capacity The interior space is generous and well-organized, making it easy to store everything from weekly grocery hauls to large platters for entertaining. Samsung has done a great job maximizing usable space. Excellent Cooling Performance The cooling is consistent and reliable across all compartments. Food stays fresh noticeably longer, and temperature recovery after opening the doors is quick. Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker This is honestly one of my favorite features. The built-in beverage center is incredibly convenient for quick access to filtered water and drinks without opening the main door. Having two types of ice makers — cubed and Ice Bites™ — is a surprisingly useful luxury that I didn't know I needed until I had it. Using camera to see what's inside allows for the door to be opened less. With the integrated network connectivity to the internet, it makes the appliance more usable in the kitchen. The roominess of the inside allows for a large amount of Items to be stored inside plus with the deli draw that gives additional storage.

Samsung products have become very low quality. I purchased this refrigerator and with less than 5 years of normal usage, the whole unit has stopped working. Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand
