Had my she'd for over a year. It's located on the coast in Florida, the material that it's constructed with doesn't rust. Another factor is this shed is tuff and easy to clean.

I hired two local professionals. No way this can be built in for hours by two people. It's an 8-hour job with two professionals in my opinion and the cost to build it was almost as much as it was to purchase it.

I purchased a lifetime 60178 shed about 1 mos ago and I must say I am impressed with the look, the structural strength, quality of material, fit and finish. 3 men took about 7 hours to setup. Came out better than I expected. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this shed to separate my bins of Christmas decorations and memories from all the other items in our metal shed. This was a perfect solution. I was able to assemble the shed pretty much by myself. (Had my son help when needed). The instructions were very clear and in no time I had my extra storage. We then had a limb fall and crack the top portion of the shed. I was able to order the part and did not have to take the entire shed apart just to replace this part. When people ask I highly recommend this shed.

When we realized that we were missing some parts when putting the shed together from the shed, Lifetime customer service was very responsive and we had the missing parts sent overnight. I bought this online and had it delivered in two boxes. I had two home contractors I used in the past to install the shed. It took them one and half days. The had to build a wood foundation on the cement foundation that was there from a previous shed. They said it was well built and had a lot of pieces (screws). There were some brackets that was included that didn't have and shelves. Not sure if the shelves were not part of the shed or the brackets were just included by mistake.

This shed was a nightmare to assemble. We had a tough time-2 people and it took 10 hours. Things did not match up; holes, slots etc. Most of the plastic bags containing the screws and accessories were marked incorrectly and we had a really hard time finding the correct pieces and accessories. It was the worst thing we've ever assembled.

Missing critical parts prevented finishing on time, but great customer service shipped out missing parts right away. Instructions very difficult to follow and not all parts labeled adequately. Even though I am experienced builder, this shed was a major challenge. This shed not for the inexperienced; hire someone to build it. All in all shed nice looking, very sturdy and doesn't leak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this shed and assembled it until I found that the flooring panels did not fit. After months of working with the foundation and having the cement slab levelled, the floor still would not connect. I finally found that one of the floor panels was shorter by about an inch making everything out of alignment. I call the service chap and they responded immediately and are sending out a new floor panel.

I replaced a 6 year old wood shed that should have lasted longer but was swollen at the bottom from rain and deterioration. This lifetime product should be just that...lasting a lifetime. It's much cleaner and will not require painting every few years. A major upgrade in my backyard.
