I bought this about three or four years ago. Had two problems with it; first the roof skylight split so snow was blowing inside and then one door warped. I sent pictures of the problems to Lifetime and they replaced both items. That is excellent customer service.

Their shed are poorly designed. The installation is very tedious and nothing is preassembled. Screws do not tighten and keep spinning in the plastic. Also I get to the end of the project and I realize instead of sending me a left and a right roof piece they sent me two left pieces. I've been waiting over a week for the correct part to arrive and my shed is full of leaves, dirt, and rain. When you pay these high prices for a shed you would not expect this to be the result. I'm truly unimpressed and won't purchase a lifetime shed in the future.

I just got finished putting this shed together. A few helpful hints that may make it easier. 1. I constructed a wooden deck. I suggest that you take a 1/4" off of each side of the wood deck from the suggested l x w. This will allow the base of the shed to stick over 1/4 " and all all water to run down and drain off away from wood deck. 2. When you are putting on the triangle left and right roof pieces on, it will help if you pre-screw the screws into their respective slots about 2 turns. To do this, lay roof pieces upside down on floor and screw a screw into each hole. This will make it easier to get the screws started when tying all the pieces together. 3. Have fun. Do not get frustrated, the shed goes together pretty easy. You do need 2 people to put together the floor, other than that, if you have construction experience, you could do it by yourself as I did, but two would be easier.

It holds all of our yard equipment and therefore we can keep our yard better organized. It is sturdy and we have never had a problem with it. It looks beautiful in the corner of our yard surrounded by flowers

I'm a 70 year old, but very active and blessed with good health. I received my shipment on a Wednesday afternoon and stored it beside my car in the garage. I started on the assembly Thursday afternoon after a morning at the golf course. I worked on it for a few hours and started again Friday morning. Not in any hurry, I worked on all I could in the garage, then Saturday morning I moved to the spot where it would sit. I completed the foundation a week before it arrived, so Saturday's work was finished by 2:00. I installed solar lights inside under the skylight. It looks great with the evening lights shining inside. Just for appearances mind you. If a 70 year old can do this, it has to be a cinch for you younger folks. Very practical and attractive in my back years.

I received the parts quickly and they were easy to install. My friend purchased the same one last month and it went together fine and it was the same quality as mine. Would highly recommend!!!

After calling around to different local shed company's, we decided to go with this one and DIY. It took a weekend without overdoing it. I would recommend 2-3 people, especially on the later steps. We're about average when it comes to handiness but it wasn't bad once you got into the grove. We laid a concrete slab for it to be built on. The shed must be level for it to work!!! Overall super happy with how it turned out.

I just had my shed installed by the most knowledgable 2 men that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They installed this shed is about 4 hours including the extra shelving I ordered. I couldn't be happier. I would have taken my husband and I at least 3 days and lots of arguing to install. And they had it done in a morning.

This shed looks great and seems very durable.

The instructions jumped from one thing to another in no particular order. The bags of screws, etc., need to be labeled individually and are not. Good luck!!!
