Lasted about a year and blew a fuse. Then we had it serviced and still doesn't work. DO NOT BUY!

Who creates a microwave that will not allow you to use the timer and the microwave at the same time? Ridiculous.

We've had this microwave for a year now and I am very happy with how it works, and looks - love the slim profile - less appliance bulk when looking into the kitchen plus it is SO much more user friendly for the cook who isn't vertically challenged!

Keypad is not backlit making it almost impossible to see the keypad without turning on all kitchen lights or using a flash light. BAD DESIGN for usability. Huge oversight on a ‘smart' device.

I got it to match my Samsung black stainless steel refrigerator and smooth top stove. It’s a smart microwave which I actually really like. I’m still learning about the features but overall I am pleased with the purchase.
