This reel works great in my yard. I have a 110' hose and rolls in and out with no problems.

Works better with a traditional hose not with a flex hose.

It keeps my dog from chewing up the hose, is easy to roll, doesn't get stuck, and looks fantastic. What more can you want?

The crank on this particular hose reel is much easier to crank than a previous one I had. Very easy to set up.

Handle is slightly uncomfortable and it winds the hose back in a lot slower than any other hose reel I have ever had

Not worth having if you use hose often. Flimsy and leaks and cuts off water flow.

I hate this hose reel!!! It falls over multiple times when using it and the swivel is not useful, just another pain. Hoping we can return it and get our money back. We need something sturdier for sure.

All around Inferior and cheap quality material. It leaks when connected to the wall spigot. Base swivel is a problem, it swivel when I do not want it to swivel. I do not expect Sams Club to carry such sub standard products. Very disappointed.

Did not last year.
