Simple to use right out of the box. I set it up and connected the propane, and in three pulls, she was humming right along. I was also pleased with how quiet it was for the type of generator it is. I would definitely recommend this generator to a friend!

Have a 20 foot ECO Travel trailer, use it to power air conditioner and the unit for daily comfort. Have used Champion generators for years because of their reliability and ease of operation. Have used these generators in the extremes of desert lakes in over 100 degree temperatures and in the mountains during Elk season. Have had no major issues or concerns, Great product!!

I purchase mine in the run-up to a series of winter storms. Unfortunately, I did not test fire it before the storms and their associated power outages. While I tried to follow the directions, I missed a little bit and it would not start. I contacted customer service, while slow, the response was great and we got my generator running. I was surprised how easily it starts in sub-freezing temps.

I purchased this generator for power outages and to be prepared for hurricanes. Runs great and not very loud like some others. I would definitely recommend this generator and already have recommended it to family and friends. really feel I got alot for my money with this purchase.

The unit was well packaged and required no assembly other than filling with oil (not supplied). The instructions are easy to understand since the operation of the unit is quite simple. A wheel kit can be obtained for less than $40 and only took a few minutes to add on using a 12mm wrench and pliers. Started easily and using propane fuel means you can store it anywhere without concerns about fuel stains or odors.

This generator was exactly what I've been looking for, and more, at a fair price. I wanted one with enough power to supply a dedicated 20 amp emergency circuit in my home that I could branch off to power necessities (furnace, fridge) and a few luxuries (phone chargers, wifi, tv) during a power outage. This offers the power I need, plus a little extra so it wont be overloaded. Its light enough to move by myself. I dont have an RV to power, but it's really nice to run this generator off of propane and gasoline. I always have an extra tank for the grill, so that's an added piece of mind as a backup to running out of gasoline. I bought the generator and put it in my detached garage til the next day when I had time to open it up. The temperature hasn't been above 25° during the day. I opened up the box, filled it with oil, put fresh gas in it and it fired up on the first pull. It ran strong and I'm happy with the purchase.

I picked this generator up as an emergency back-up in the event of a power outage to run a space heater and a refrigerator. It is always easy to start on propane and gasoline. I use it all the time to power 120v tools when I'm working around the house.

This is a very good generator to use for back-up power at the cottage. I especially like the dual fuel option. When I need it I just hook up an LP tank and it starts right away. When done just shut off the LP gas and put the unit away till next time. No worry about draining gas or additives. One thing that could be improved on is location of oil fill cap. It is at a bad angle at its current location for filling.

Dual fuel is perfect. The propane doesn't go bad so it is always ready to go. For long outages when I can't find refills for the propane, I can usually find gasoline. Unit is quiet enough not to bother the neighbors. Price was less than comparable units.

Since moving here have experienced a few power outages and this is great to keep food safe during long periods of time without power. Some others say this unit has wheels but I assure you it does not they clearly posted on wrong product. Would make sense to put some on though since it's some heavy piece of equipment. Also don't like how the oil tank is so low and hard to read levels.
