We bought this generator to use with our little R-Pod on camping trips. It works great! The ability to switch between gasoline and propane was just what we wanted, and it worked wonderful! The noise is not bad and we were about to run our accessories in our camper without a hiccup!

I bought this generator as a back-up for my home to run a few items in the event that my power is off for an extended time. I fixed it so that I can plug my furnace and my refrigerator into and it works great. I have used both gasoline and propane and the thing I like most about this generator, is that it normally does not take more then two pulls to get it going. Thats in any weather, hot or cold. This was a great buy for my family.

Zero issues. I did the recommended burn in session. Expecting it to last a long time for my use. Everything feels really well made and isn't "plastic-y". Occasional home owner use on far end of the property using tools. I probably won't use it more than once a month. I upgraded to the handle+wheel kit. Super easy to haul around now. I wish it came with the kit included. It's a must honestly.

Love the dual fuel option. Living in Florida, you never know when a hurricane can hit. With this generator I can run my fridge, freezer, lights and fan on either propane or gasoline. I even use it to run my concession/catering trailer when I don't have electricity handy. Great little generator that is not too heavy and not too loud.

I bought this generator to utilize around the ranch and also when we boondock our RV. The dual-fuel option is very important as well. While we haven't had this generator very long, we are very impressed with it so far. The packaging was very sturdy, the price was great, and the starting is very easy even though it isn't an electric start. I'll write another review after we've put it through some tougher demands. I would definitely recommend this model generator!

The initial setup was a breeze. Using the instructions, I added the oil as required and followed all instructions prior to starting the generator. It started on the first pull, then stopped. After reading more instructions about starting, I realized I forgot to move the throttle to the correct position. Once the throttle was corrected, it started immediately. It was louder than I thought it would be. I let it run for about 2 minutes before plugging my RV Trailer into it. Once connected, I proceeded to turn on all the lights - a total of 22. Then turned on the refrigerator, then turned on the heater. Everything worked with no strain on the power source whatsoever. Waited about 5 minutes, then put some microwave popcorn into the microwave and started it. There was no dimming of the lights. The generator did ramp up to generate the power needed. While everything was on, I check the status of my RV's battery - which indicated 100%. Then I turned on the TV and again no dimming of the lights. This is a great generator with a dual fuel source. The next day, I did the same thing, and no problems with the power source and no dimming of the lights. Now I'm 5 hours into running the generator. I turned it off, drained the oil using the screw facing you directly under the yellow oil filler screw. Added the .6 liters of Mobil 1 5W30 Full Synthetic Oil. Keep in mind, you might need to elevate the generator to have enough room to drain the oil because it is at the bottom. Checked to ensure the oil was filled to the correct level and restarted the generator. Everything worked as before. I made sure I ran the generator for a total of 5 hours to ensure the break-in cycle was completed before changing the oil. It is heavier than I thought, seeing I have to move it by myself. But it is worth all the effort required to move it. I purchased a funnel to use when pouring the gasoline into the tank. Otherwise, you'll be wiping gasoline from the top and side of the fuel tan

Bought this generator for emergency back-up power. Tested both gas and propane when I first got it and it ran great. Needed it for power outage last night and it would not start on propane but ran great on gas. Ran for several hours powering window A/C unit and several lamps. Contacted customer service today about propane issue. Rep said it sounded like a propane regulator issue, so she shipped me a new regulator, no charge, no questions asked. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Purchased after Hurricane Florence as my older generator wasn't keeping up. Can't say enough about the dual fuel option! Locally gas stations were out or with long lines. Our town was generally spared the flooding but was isolated because of it. A second choice of fuel is a great idea, giving more run time.

I use this as back-up power for a pellet stove and lighting at my cabin. I don't need a lot of power, but wanted to make sure I would have what I need, and this generator fits my needs. I wasn't too worried about the noise of the generator, but I was surprised how quiet it is compared to other generators I have had. I looked around for quite a while before I decided to purchase this generator, and so far I am pleases with my choice.

I bought this model preparing for Hurricane Idelia. I put the oil and gas in and let it run for about 30 minutes with a small load on it. Thinking about the duel fuel, I would probably use the propane more, since I don't like to leave gasoline in the tank for any length of time. One thing I'd like to see is a wheel kit for the set./
