We had a hurricane coming and needed a generator to keep our food safe. This was half the price of the cheapest ones available at the big box stores.

Opened the box and connect it to propane... hat it up and running in about 10 minutes, including unboxing and adding the oil.... would recommend a wheel kit unless it's just staying in one apot

I use it on my RV. The price was the reason I joined Sam's Club. Runs great a little loud, but was expected. Tank will get me about 8-10 hours running a 150000 BTU AC unit.

Used this several times while working on a joise remodel wnd it has been fantastic. Easy to start and runs quiet with no hiccups. Only used gas thus far but very happy with it. Highly recommend.

Really like running on propane..big + when gas stations are closed. This is my 1st purchase and I will say that this is pretty heavy, the lack of wheels makes it difficult to move alone. Will be a factor in my next purchase

With RV 120volts, twist lock 120volts and a duplex gfi protected 120volt outlet I'm ready for outages in this booming town. This will easily keep the fridge cool and phones charged. Dual fuel is a first for me and the ease to swap fuels is so simple, I now keep an extra propane tank full for emergencies.

Purchased this product to prep for hurricane season. Started right up on both LPG and gasoline fuel. Ran it for the 5-hour break-in period and then drained the oil. Will be ready to go when the time comes by just adding oil and fuel. During the initial run time, I powered a large refrigerator/freezer, a separate chest freezer, a few fans, a battery charger, and used a shop vac. Everything ran as if plugged into public utility power. Generator was not straining - seemed like there was plenty more power to spare. Ran about 4hrs 15min on first gallon of gas.

We decided to purchase this generator because of the dual fuel option. We go camping and sometimes do not have electric hook up. This generator runs our camper on both the gas and propane option, with no problem. It is also much quieter than our previous generator (a different brand). Cant say enough about how much we love this generator!!!

I bought this generator almost 3 years ago in case we got a hurricane and power went out. Well did we just get a hurricane. Ian! Took it out of box, added oil, connected Propane and it fired right up. Ran 2 refrigerators a freezer, TV, and a fan. I got 10 hours out of 1 barbacue grill size bottle of propane. Ran it 10 hours a day for 5 days. Changed the oil and put it back in the box, ready for next power outage that I hope never comes.

I only gave it a 4-star rating because I haven't had any long term experience with it yet. I have only used the generator for a couple of startup runs. It seems to be a well built piece of equipment but only time will tell how good it is. Planned Use: After spring / summer storms or winter ice storms knock out electricity for an extended period. It will keep essential services going in the house; fridge, lights, TV, etc. Good price. Don't have to tie up a lot of cash for a generator that will not get used much. Dual fuel is a nice feature to have. Maintenance startup runs are easy with propane, don't have to drain the fuel lines afterwards. Ran perfectly out of the box so no problems yet. Adequate supply of accessories are available for add-on improvements. Only drawback for me was having to purchase a wheel kit separately. It should have come with wheels already on it. It weighs about 100 pounds so it needs wheels and a pull handle (also in wheel kit).
