I wasn't sure if I was going to like the dual energy source but I was presently surprised. Very easy to use and very quiet for operating use. I only wish they all came with wheels. Next time I will get wheels but it can be transported by dolly.

I use it when I need power on my property where there is no access. Plus the duel fuel I can take my propane bottle and not worry about spilling gas. It's always comforting knowing I have power in case of a power outage.

We got this generator because it gave us the option for gas or propane at a very affordable price point. Once I got it primed and started, it starts with one or two pulls every time. Will buy another if we ever need to.

Used primarily in emergencies when power is out. Retired and live in country. Really like the amoumt of time will run off propane. Gives some peace of mind knowing have it for emergency. After attaching wheels easy to move around.

Great value for this generator. Got for camping and as backup at home. Worked as stated after adding the included oil. Second pull and it fired up for the first time.

Bought this two days ago. Yeah the power was out at the time from a storm, but really bought it for today when my breaker box is being replaced. Fires up just fine. Gives only 0.6 volts. Called the manufacturer. Been on hold with their automated system for over an hour and ten minutes. Killing my phone battery, which I cannot recharge without the generator.

I was excited to get this type and brand of generator, and have felt safe knowing it was here with my wife and I in a rural area of Maine. During the freezing temperatures yesterday, we needed to use this and it completely failed to start. It has been kept immaculately clean, inside, and tested out of the box. I called sams, champion, and allstate all for help, and I just kept getting referrals to call others about it. It let down my family and myself, when we truly needed it.

I bought this for the double tropical cyclone fun headed my way in Louisiana. (Laura and Marco). I'm running it and testing now. It's advertised for 68db @ 23ft. I'm getting 80db consistently with my iPhone app. I had to get more than twice that far away to get to 68db. Just a PSA on the loudness. The generator started right up and is fantastic. I added my own wheels (about 2ft of 3/8 threaded rod, lock nuts, washers and some plastic bushings). Also added feet made from 2x4's and screwed into the provided holes. I'm ready now. I would not run out and buy this based on the 68db rating though. Also, I've only used propane so far.
