have not been able to get it started.1 hour and 10 min. wait time for tech support

Starts easy even when the temp was in the teens!

Started right up using gas the 1st time. Ran smooth with no problems. Used propane 2nd time and started right up again and ran fine.

Bought this generator as a backup for home and as a power source for off grid RVing. Works great on propane, runs all appliances and A/C when needed. Great generator for the price!

I bought this generator for my ranch with no electricity. It's running my Rv and all my other power needs. Starts easy no triped breakers . A little loud but not any louder then any other brands . I'm a happy camper

I bought this for backup power should the power go out. I did what it said to do to start the engine. One pull and it was running. I haven't had to put it under a load but I'm confident that it will do what I need.

Loud, no power meter. led indicator tough to see. Now the better part. Propane start up is good. Runs reliably as long as it's 50 feet away and the noise doesn't distract you.

Generator works well as advertised. Downside was that it was not on wheels so I bought some heavy duty locking casters for about $25 and installed on the frame which already had some predrilled holes.

Very easy to set up and use. Instructions provided great information on proper storage and maintenance. Dual fuel provides versatility and the price cannot be beat.

Although this thing is a BEAST, it is also very very loud. If you plan on using this at a campsite, don't. This is suitable for emergency power, a small jobsite (only 2 outlets), or off-grid camping somewhere secluded.
