have not been able to get it started.1 hour and 10 min. wait time for tech support

Starts easy even when the temp was in the teens!

Started right up using gas the 1st time. Ran smooth with no problems. Used propane 2nd time and started right up again and ran fine.

The Generator ran and preformed like it should. Although it was hard to start, 5-10 pulls. I didn't push it to hard, refrigerator,freezer, cell phone chargers, and a fan. I used it for 6 days.

I purchased the generator to stand in stead for the power outages we occur at times. As of this writing, fortunately I have not had to use it - but during trials and practice, I am satisfied.

This generator works as we expected. Louder than we hoped but still does a good job. Like the dual fuel aspect. Thought the propane fuel would make it less noisy but it does not change that.

Bought the 3500 duel generator and I must say on gas it works great. Runs my RV completely. now i,ll have to try out the propane somtime in near futurer. not really that loud.

I bought this generator to power my RV or power tools when I'm working on the farm. So far it has performed better than expected and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Used it twice so far. Once on gas and once on lp. Much quieter then I thought it would be. Would definitely suggest for someone looking in this power range

I use this product quite often tailgating running projects around the house running projects for friends and family and it is never failed me one of the best generators I've ever owned
