Awesome sound!

This soundbar is great! I love how you can adjust the levels of bass, etc. on the Vizio app. I play music through my phone and you can hear it perfectly in every room of the house. Movies sound great on it also.

I don’t know if it’s the size of the living room that it’s in but at times it sounds echoing

It’s ok. Maybe spend a little more.

Decent sound bar. Only hooks up with Bluetooth or earc. Be cautious if you have an older tv as it won’t work. The sound is very good except some music channels sound funny. If I get another it won’t be this.

Better than you think.

Let’s get the cons out of the way first. It doesn’t come with a remote. That said, our Insignia remote can adjust the volume just fine, and there are physical buttons on the unit itself. Second, there’s no optical connection — only Bluetooth and HDMI ARC. Finally, the downloadable app is pretty limited. It only offers two preset sound modes (Movie and Music), and downloading the app on more than one phone can be a bit of a headache. Now that sounds like a lot of negatives… but here’s the upside. With a little EQ customization (and yes, ChatGPT can help dial that in), you can get surprisingly great movie sound out of this system. For $99, the sound quality and performance hit above average for the size and price point. Speaking of size — it’s very compact, but it still produces solid clarity and noticeable bass. Again, for the price, I’m satisfied. If you’re looking for pictures shaking off the walls and chest-thumping vibration, you might want to pass on this one. But if you want clean dialogue, noticeable bass, and a solid subwoofer presence in a compact setup — this is definitely worth picking up. I know the review technically lands at 3 stars, but considering the price and trade-offs, I’d call it a strong 3.7 out of 5.

Vizio app vs remote

No luck in using the Vizio app to control my sound bar and woofer. Can't lower the base.

Dont purchase

If you do not pick something to watxh within 3 minutes, it will disconnect. It will disconnect in the middle of a movie or show you are watching. You have to go back in and reconnect to your tv, it doesnt automatically it.
