What a piece of junk!

What .a piece of junk!!! This machine came today. Finally figured out that you can't have the pod and espresso setups in the machine at the same time or you get an EO reading. Cannot turn the machine off even though the poorly written manual says this is how to turn it on/off. The warming plate stays hot and cannot turn it off. Also, the ad does not tell you that the carafe reservoir has to be filled with the exact amount of water that you are going to brew.

Great in theory

I bought this coffee pot as a Christmas present less than a year ago, and I have had two coffee pots under the warranty malfunction on me. This coffee and theory was the perfect solution for my family member. The coffee pot side works fine like a standard coffee pot, however, the Nespresso side and Keurig side have had repeated issues. Luckily, I got the warranty, but even with me receiving an additional coffee pot the Nespresso side was unable to last more than about three months each. I used namebrand Nespresso pods, did the proper maintenance and cleaning, and maybe made one coffee a day on the Nespresso side of this coffee, pot, and both times, the espresso side would build up with pressure, stop, brewing, midway, and would create a huge mess. For the coffee pot to be this expensive, I expected it to last at least a year, not to mention needing two replacements within less than a year. If the issue would’ve only happened with my first coffee pot, it could’ve just been a manufacture issue, but for it to happen on both coffee pots, it leads me to question the quality. I hope they are able to work on their coffee pot, and not everyone has it experience, but I am very disappointed and regret this purchase.

Don't Bother

I bought this coffee maker in December 2024, and within 4 months, it stopped working. It was replaced, but two months later, the same issue occurred again. The problem is with the single-cup brewer. The hot water is not filtering through and collecting at the top of the K-cup. Same issue both times. This was a waste of money and a disappointment.

Avoid if you like to drink coffee.

Worst coffee marker, ever. Seriously considering returning it. Controls are impossible to understand and the manual is of zero help. Why can't someone invent a coffee machine that works by pressing ONE button. Have to pull the plug to get it out of weird, non-functional modes. The absolute worst feature is, it deactivates the hot plate after 30 minutes and there's no way to turn it back on. Best drink your coffee fast.

Lid stuck again..

Bought this machine about a year ago, the expresso/kcup lid keeps getting stuck. I was able to unlock it the first time around. Not sure how I got it open, it just decided to pop open for me. Now once again its stuck and I'm having no luck getting it open this time around. So frustrating ready to kick it! :(

Good Quality

I am a great believer in Cuisinart products and have had several of their coffee makers over the years. This one again is great quality. I have only 1 complaint, why can't Cuisinart figure out how to make the coffee hotter, if it came out hot I would give this a 5 star
