Overall, we really like this coffeemaker's flexibility. We have issues with the espresso pods and certain coffee pods not getting punctured. We have to manually pierce the pods. The milk frother/steamer is great.

We love having the choice of making a large pot of coffee or making a cup at time from a pod. This pot makes expresso too. It's easy to use and coffee comes out great and hot!

Made great coffee. The steamer was a problem it does not adjust up and down and is difficult to shut off . Dangerous with the steam and hard to get the cup of steamed milk out.

This is the perfect coffee maker for my new coffee bar area in my kitchen. Daily coffee with pods. Weekend coffee with carafe. And fun espresso drinks with friends. Love this coffee machine!

Water leaked from day 1. I really wanted this to work so I could save on counter space. The entire water tank leaked out on my counter and continued to do so every time I filled it back up. Very disappointed.

This all-in-one is so great. I’d been wanting an Nespresso but knew nothing. So when I read the description I was overjoyed: pods or drip coffee or capsules I was ready to buy. Best make and model yet!

This is such a great coffeemaker, makes a wonderful cup of coffee. So nice to have all the options in one machine, freed up some of my counter space. Still learning some of its features, but that’s a fun process! So happy with my purchase!

This thing is a pile of garbage. It’s not intuitive to even brew a pot of coffee and the espresso feature doesn’t work. It doesn’t even puncture the pods so if you want a nice hot shot of water, this is the machine for you. For the rest of us that would like coffee, don’t bother. This trash is getting shipped back. It’s not worth the headache.

Just got this unit today. Followed manual instructions. Went to do single serve initial clean without pod and repeatedly get E0 error code. Replicated this several times. Hate it when product fails to work perfectly upon delivery arrival. Now I think I have to pack it up and return because I get a bad feeling for this units future if I was to keep it.

I am a great believer in Cuisinart products and have had several of their coffee makers over the years. This one again is great quality. I have only 1 complaint, why can't Cuisinart figure out how to make the coffee hotter, if it came out hot I would give this a 5 star
