I have been thru so many coffee makers in search of my dream coffee maker ! I have Finally Found it in the BARISTA BAR COFFEE CENTER by CUISINART . There is definitely a learning curve like a lot of reviewers have said it takes some patients . I found watching a you tube video once or twice helps

I had 2 Cuisinart Coffee Makers before. The first lasted 6 years. The second 2. It was because of this I went with a competitor. Basic coffee makers should last a while. I read that I wasn't the only one feeling this way at that time / model. Fast forward to now, & me not being satisfied with the coffee quality of my Oxo. I saw the 4n1 for a reasonable price & thought I would jump back in PLUS add the Nespresso feature (never been a Keurig style person as the coffee never seemed "coffee"). In the time I have had the unit I have used it daily. The coffee maker is as I remember - makes good coffee. The single use feature is very convenient. I have used the single-serve & the quality depends on the coffee selected. The espresso side is very nice. I have used the milk foamer & it is much easier than others I have used. Can quickly/easily make a latte. The water tank makes a difference - nice capacity. Clean-up is very easy. The issues: pouring water in the coffee maker is a hassle. The only way I don't make a mess is pouring from the left, without the lid. This means you can't put the coffee maker close to a wall. The "dashboard" is not intuitive. You definitely have to read the instructions before turning on. OK - that's the only 2 so far. IF the heating unit doesn't break down after 2 years again you have me back for good.

My Cuisinart coffee maker for 15 years or more gave up the ghost. I began looking for a replacement and I only wanted a Cuisinart to replace it. When I saw that this model could not only make a perfect pot of coffee but K cup and espresso as well. Now I enjoy a pot of bold brewed coffee in the morning and a espresso after dinner in the evening. Awesome machine!! I love it so much!!

Everything works great, but… the coffee is too hot. I’d prefer to not have to wait fifteen minutes to drink the coffee I poured into a cup. The Keurig pod options are too strong at even the largest pour, and I like strong coffee, so you have to add more water or cream, which I don’t care for. The height of the steam wand can make it difficult to use the hot water feature. There is no apparent “off” button for the coffee pot. Maybe I’m missing something, but I read the instructions and have watched several videos.

We love the versatility of this coffeemaker. We enjoy using the brew timer to wake up to a freshly brewed pot of coffee at 5 a.m. Other options are convenient, such as using a K-cup, and expresso pod or steaming milk for an afternoon latte. It also provides hot water for a quick cup of tea.

A step down from previous Cuisinart appliance sadly. Wanted to be able to have more options for morning coffee, but have very limited counter space. Went with 4 in 1 model. Brewer function good; K-cup function leaves more water in K-cup than previous Cuisinart of four years; Nesspresso function also leaves water and lever gets stuck more often than not so making two espressos can't happen :-(

Love this machine! We love waking up to freshly brewed coffee in the morning but also the versatility of having a Kcup. The Nespresso feature has been a huge boost in our at-home coffee experience. It makes a great cappuccino with steamed milk in little time and it tastes great!

I read the reviews of other buyers prior to buying this coffee maker, and bought it anyway. I own eight other Cuisinart products. They all work beautifully, and the coffee taste better than my old coffee maker. My Barista Bar Coffee Maker worked correctly right out of the box.

Makes all the kinds of coffees that it claims to and works well. For us, easier than a large espresso machine. The only complaint I have that it doesn't keep the brewed coffee warm enough or long enough -- I always go back for a 2nd or 3rd cup -- even if you reset the warming button.

Does a surprisingly good job brewing coffee/expresso combining drip, pod and capsule media in compact machine.. Using Nespresso capsules is a bit tricky, because the holder isn’t what Nespresso designed the capsules for, but it usually works. Coffee temperature is consistent with all three delivery media, good enough but I would prefer hotter. Hot plate keeps drip brew warm. Controls are rather rather obtuse, but not impossible to learn.
