I like the coffee maker. I am happy with the K cup unit, it works well. I have a problem with the on off function. It is very unclear when you turn on the brew function that it is actually turned off. The other complaint is after the coffee is brewed and it is in the warmer mode, the unit makes clicking noise about every 10 minutes. That is very annoying.

We're really enjoying our 4-in-1 machine overall. It has some minor design flaws, likely in part due to how compact it is. It's really hard to fill coffee machine part of it without spilling some water out. I also wish I had realized it's a 12-cup carafe, because I miss my old 14-cup! We're enjoying the nespresso feature, although I wish Cuisinart sold refillable k-cups and nespresso cups to cut down on waste.

Love all the features and it does not take a lot of counter space. We bought a small stainless frothing cup to use which works well. I saw others post about that the frothing mechanism was close to the counter. You could also get a base or something to store the coffee pods in to elevate the barista machine/frother

The unique ability to use pods and also make espresso and steam milk make for a great kitchen appliance. I am am very happy with the unit and would recommend it. Lots of function for not a lot of money.

Excellent coffee maker in all forms: drip, pod, and nespresso. Easy to use. Quality cups of coffee if you're using good ingredients. Mine needed several cycles of water running through the pod areas to eliminate an initial plastic flavor. I think that when it's new and the water sits in either the tank or the heating area, it develops an off flavor. This went away with time. For a while, I needed to run the first cup of just water to clear it and the next cup was good. It works well the first time now.

Great machine! Tired of paying high prices for coffee at all the shops, wanted to make them at home but disappointed in my Kuerig, this was highly rated so I took a chance! So happy I did! I brew a bold pot to keep in fridge for iced coffee and can make a regular cup, or a fancy latte now too! Definitely an all in one machine! The learning curve was easy as long as you read the manual!

So far, I love it......haven't tried the steam yet, just finally got some Nespresso pods. My only wish is that there was more clearance to open the top while under cabinets. I have to pull it out to put pods in or pour water and coffee in. But so far, it's working great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy to have purchased this product. I needed to replace my old Keurig single cup brewer for a better functional one. One thing to note. This product doesn't heat up as much as my Keurig. Overall, 4 in one function is better than just one. Loving it so far.

All in all it’s a great coffee maker. Filling the main water tank is a bit of a challenge without making a bit of a mess, I’ve resorted to using a funnel. The steamer is neat, but I’ve yet to froth/steam the milk without making a huge mess— and it just turns out as hot milk.

We recommend it and would buy one again. We are happy with it. There are a few things that are a little annoying. Two water reservoirs is probably the biggest issue. On the counter, it’s a little difficult to get to the removable one for the single use and steamer. To fill the main reservoir I use the carafe, and not all the water comes out of it. Otherwise maybe use a cup. It kind of awkward. The steamer nozzle is a pain to clean. We read about the drips after it’s done. The fix there is to swing it over the drip tray. You are limited on the size of cup to use the frother/steamer so if you want to use a large cup, no joy. I’d recommend reading the instructions very well. It’s not as intuitive as I would like. The warmer feature stays on. Just push the on/off button again to switch it off. It’s a great item if you’ve got two people with very different coffee choices. Each can do their own thing in a relatively short time.
