My husband and I have been looking for years on a lower carb replacement for Mac n Cheese. Each time we would try cauliflower version we were always so disappointed ...until now. My husband is a very finicky eater and we both absolutely love this. Makes several meals with it. I usually cook in microwave then put under broiler for a few minutes.

This is a delicious family friendly vegetable side dish. It is easy to cook in the oven or microwave. Even when I prepare in the microwave, I pop it in the oven for 10 minutes to crisp up the breadcrumbs on top. My kids like it just the way it is, but I add a little salt to mine. Great value as well.

First let me say I love cauliflower. I also love cheese but whatever cheese is in this stuff is horrible. Grainy textured and no flavor, I was so disappointed in this product. And what's with the "mac" in the name of it? No mac here, real or implied. I'm not sure what they consider crumb topping either, it had the consistency of sand and about as much taste. Just do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Loved it! My husband and I came across this on our Sam's trip and we absolutely love it. Planning on picking up some more. It's low carb and low calorie for the serving size. It's cauliflower so it's not going to obviously taste exactly like eating pasta. But that's the point? Lol it's supposed to be a healthier alternative.

It was my first time eating a Tattooed Chef ef product. You have two options, 8 minutes on the Microwave or an hour or so in the oven. I chose the oven, and it was so delicious! I especially love the flavor of the cheese! My local Sam's is out of stock at the moment but will be checking back often for it!!

If you have a strong hankering for mac and cheese, this isn't going to cut it. However, if you have a hard time incorporating vegetables into your diet this is the real deal! The cauliflower is cut small enough and cooks down to the perfect texture. The cheese has a bit of a processed taste, but is still delicious to me. The panko bread crumbs on top adds the perfect amount of crunch. I used this as a side dish while meal prepping and was very satisfied.

This Caluiflower Mac and Cheese is just ok in my opinion. It was a little bland for me.

Did not like this dish. It was bland & tasteless.

Little disappointed was dry not very cheesy

Good low carb side dish, but a far cry from Mac and cheese! Container says it has 12 cups but it doesn't contain that much.
