[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. It keeps food fresh longer than my previous one, Easier to find things and is big. Love the double ice maker (even though they are a little slow. The door in door is great too. I have had it almost a month and am very pleased. My fruits and vegetables stay fresh much longer than before.

We bought this refrigerator a month ago and are VERY pleased with our purchase. The convert drawer is so special. The additional room provided with the design of the thin ice maker is great. The outside access on the right side of the refrigerator is a real plus. Crafted ice cubes are a n entertaining hit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our fridge. It has taken me a bit to find the best configuration of shelves, but love the extra drawer and all of the space it provides. We have had to have the craft ice maker replaced, but LG was great about sending a repair man with parts to fix it. The craft ice is fun to have and great for keeping drinks cold, longer. I actually give it a 4.5 star rating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this refrigerator 5 Stars, but 4 stars is all that I can give. This refrigerator's upper ice maker is weak at best. The ice is on the small side and the ice will begin to melt and cube together. This results in having to open the ice chamber, from time to time and breaking apart the clumps of ice with a long handled stirring spoon. Hopefully this can be corrected by LG.

It's a nice appliance but it will break right after the manufacturer warranty is out. First the craft ice maker stops working, then the freezer fan goes out. If you buy this, make sure you buy the extended warranty because LG is useless! It's showing that the warranty is only one year considering how many issues this thing has.

bought this fridge 8 months ago. Had to have service come out twice - once upper ice maker next lower ice maker. Concerned a lemon. Love the size of fridge and extra drawer.

I bought this for the ice craft. I shouldn't have bothered. Each time it stops working I have to spend an hour and 3 people to figure out what went wrong.

Refrigerator works fine. Craft ice sounds like it’s self destructing with banging noise. Filter reset requires placing finger over all words to reset.
