[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love our refrigerator -- The downside is that we had the fan replaced 2x, the ice maker 1x, the compressor 2 times within the first year - Make sure you take full advantage of the mfgr warranty - we had to call and schedule a repair person to come out and fix it - this took time but the new compressor has its own long warranty (I think it is 10 years??) Make sure you don't over stuff the freezer and keep the doors/drawers closed. If it is in a cabinet enclosure - pull out the refrigerator to clean the vents regularly. We put in an open vent on the outside of the cabinet to help with the air flow. We haven't had any issues (other than the air vent getting clogged with dust and pet hair) It is truly an awesome fridge, as long as the compressor and fans work (or get them replaced ASAP).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been trouble from the beginning. Both ice makers have been replaced, evaporator and condensers have died also. Worst part has been trying to get a promised food replacement check 2 months and still being put off.

We bought this refrigerator a month ago and are VERY pleased with our purchase. The convert drawer is so special. The additional room provided with the design of the thin ice maker is great. The outside access on the right side of the refrigerator is a real plus. Crafted ice cubes are a n entertaining hit.

It's a nice appliance but it will break right after the manufacturer warranty is out. First the craft ice maker stops working, then the freezer fan goes out. If you buy this, make sure you buy the extended warranty because LG is useless! It's showing that the warranty is only one year considering how many issues this thing has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my fridge a year. I do like, especially the beverage drawer. BUT…the craft ice maker quit after a few months but the support team was great about getting a new ice maker out to me. Installed it with no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator looks great in stainless; however, the shelf spacing is off. Shelving does not adjust for tall products without pushing a shelf half back. Stainless inserts seem to keep refrigerator colder as compared to my previous refrigerator. Some of the door shelving is not wide enough to accommodate regular size containers. Otherwise, very nice!

Bought this fridge 8 years ago and loved it until the compressor went out. The ice melted in the door ice maker and the water went into. the control panel, in the pull-out drawer and ruined. it. Poor design. Been waiting 3 weeks for new control panel was was told today it'll be another 3 weeks due to being on back order. I still recommend the fridge but frustrated with the back order of parts.

Our new refrigerator is awesome, has all the features we wanted with split door, two ice makers and the convertadrawer feature. Price was good got the color we wanted and delivered on time. Everything has been perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the refrigerator, size is great, shelving is perfect for everything we need it for. I would rate it a 5 star but the Craft Ice maker has been nothing but trouble since the warranty ran out (perfectly planned to the month, 12 months after purchase). It makes ice balls okay but only releases one or two of the three from the tray. Then it fills all the trays with water (including the ones that still have ice in them) the water spills over the whole unit freezing it up and the ice in the collection tray below..

So far I am happy with the performance of my refrigerator. 2 things to note-- having the ice maker in the door is a great space saver; however, it jams up often & won't dispense ice. Also,one has to stand on one's head & almost be a contortionist to find the switch for the craft ice maker!
