[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator for 6 1/2 months and love it! It is very roomy inside and the vegetable/fruit drawers are nice and large! It is very well laid out. The freezer is also very roomy! The craft ice maker stopped working; however, they were very timely in replacing it with an upgraded version. I love my refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned the refrigerator for less than a year. It has the craft ice feature. If you are someone who uses a lot of ice I would not purchase. Very slow production in door and craft ice. I purchased the black stainless steel and it started peeling around the handle. LG was great at resolving issue, but I fear this problem will continue. Overall the design and function of the French door and adjustable temperature drawer is great! Just don’t know if the plus outweigh the negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a refrigerator a stove and a dishwasher all matching LG appliances top end. Had the refrigerator for three months the compressor went out sent to different repair guys they had no idea how to fix it they could diagnose the problem but had no ability to repair the refrigerator. We liked several of the bells and whistle‘s on the refrigerator but if it won’t cool it might as will be an ice chest. Stove and dishwasher another story haven’t had any problems with either of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a beautiful fridge that we love. Unfortunately the craft ice machine has hardly worked these first 6 months. We’re on a first name basis with our service guy as he’s here so often. Shout out to Timothy Smith - he’s great! But we still don’t have craft ice. LG is very aware of the issue yet continues to sell the product with hoes it doesn’t happen.

This refrigerator and freezer is enormous. Both compartments can store a lot of food. If you do not like to go shopping often, you can stock up on supplies and store them in this LG unit. The unit does not make noise which is another plus. The shelves in the fridge and freezer are nice and wide.

We bought this refrigerator in Aug. 2021. We have enjoyed this appliance so far. Our friends are quite impressed with it and somewhat envious. I gave the rating of 4 stars only because it's too soon to tell whether this appliance is excellent because it is only a month old. Even the crappiest appliances can look and operate really good when just a month old. Contact me in Aug. 2022 and ask me for another review and I will let you know how things are going at that time. Currently however, all is good! we love this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had LG come out to service our fridge two times in less than 6 month. In fact, it stopped working again 6 weeks after our last repair and are scheduled for a 3rd repair this week. Our ice maker on the door does not drop ice into the bin unless you push the button manually. The freezer is falling all of my food and no longer dropping craft balls, either. While it is making ice, it does not dispense the ice into the bins. It also just leaks out the front door. We’ve had our compressor repaired. Then replaced, and had LG come out a second time to work on why it was not dumping ice or dropping temps. We’ve experienced multiple fridge still out and have lost lots of money due to this. When the refrigerator works, it’s wonderful. The capacity inside is great, and it was our favorite fridge… When it worked the way it was supposed to. Now it has been nothing but a headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honesty, I have been around the world with the Army. This fridge gives my family and I the versatility we need for our everyday use and shopping. I personally like the quick release door, and the adjust shelving depending on what you want.

This is a nice refrigerator and it works very well. I at first thought the wifi connection was a little over the top but it provided a notification that the craft ice maker had failed. I called the provided number and it was fixed very fast by LG as it was still under warranty. I wish the shelves could adjust some up and down for various size containers but they are set. No real complaints, happy with my purchase.

This refrigerator is so spacious and allows me to organize well! Biggest plus is all the adjustable shelving and the universal drawer in the middle. Plus the craft ice is so awesome! A big issue I had was the water filter compartment! I could not get the filter to go in after removing. Had to have LG come out twice. The second time they replaced the water filter compartment. Another problem is the cover for the air filter. Very hard to get off and broke when trying to replace the air filter. LG replaced the cover. Just hoping it won't break next time I need to replace air filter.
