[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator! Plenty of room! We use the pull-out drawer as additional refrigerator space for butter and cheese. The top part is so big we have a hard time filling it up! The quick access door is very handy for putting things that are used the most often. The two part freezer drawer makes it easy to organize.

I bought this on the 22nd of Novemeber. My first new appliance I have ever bought and I am in love. The middle drawer for cold drinks or frozen food or even lunch meat is perfect. I love being able to set the temperature to just the right setting. The adjustable shelves are a keen feature as well. The bottom freezer is a perfect size. My absolute favorite feature is the little button you push to get your condiments out, (myself my coffee creamer) and I don't even have to search or fully open up the refrigerator! Way to go LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect refrigerator for us. the french door style provides ample storage. the deli drawer or second drawer is so easy to retireve frqueslty used items. The freezer is all the storage i have wanted.

Overall the our refrigerator has been fine. My spouse and I both noticed that food seems to keep fresh much longer compared to our previous fridge. The french door with door-in-door design is very convenient, and the adjustable temp full-convert drawer is great at keeping drinks icy cold. It is a very quiet machine and you rarely hear it running. Having the upper ice maker in the door is convenient, but the capacity is lacking and we often run out of ice when entertaining. The craft ice is great when it works, but it is unreliable and the replacement ice maker is starting to have problems again.

Spacious fridge with great lighting and I enjoy the easy access door. Being someone that loves mixing drinks and a good bourbon, the craft ice machine has been an awesome addition. I would recommend this time and time again. The black stainless steel looks great and it is easier to maintain than my stainless steel one.

Unfortunately, we have had issues with the craft ice where it has stopped making ice completely. It did seem very slow making the ice to begin with. The top ice maker never seems to have enough ice in the bin and is constantly running out, even with the Ice Plus feature activated.

Beautifully designed but like everything else it has some down side too. The water dispenser is too small, it only holds 2 cups of water and for that reason if you drink water from your fridge expect the water to be warm

Having the extended warranty service replaced the compressor yesterday. Hopefully it won't conk out again. We also bought the LG dish washer, and have had trouble with it getting hot and melting a compasiter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this refrigerator! Everything is so well thought out and there is just SO much storage. Our previous 'fridge was a similar size but always felt over-crowded. This one feels bigger and more open because of the shelving options well designed separators. And the door-in-door holds so much! We store most of our wine and adult beverages there and we use the multi-purpose drawer for meats and cheeses. The ice maker works fine for us and it is fun having the craft ice option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this refrigerator, it's compartments, and specially the 3 areas, freezer, refrigerator and convenient middle drawer that can be used as anything you want. I also love the craft ice, no complaints there. The ice in the door, regular ice cubes, though...lacks capacity. It is too little and goes out too fast, specially during Summer. The refrigerator is huge and should have a bigger ice maker and ice container. The crispers are spacious and work very well. I like the fact that they are one piece and have nothing that cracks or break. The door that opens alone for milk and beverages is very handy and helps a lot with keeping the rest of the appliance cold. We did have to change compressor as it started failing after 2 1/2 years. I bought 5 year extended warranty but was told by LG technician that compressor is covered by factory for 5 years. Still, I was surprised that happened. LG service is outstanding so that made it less annoying.
