We love this refrigerator. Our only problem was the craft icemaker quit about eleven months after we bought it. The machine sounded like it was going to destroy itself trying to function. Trying to connect to the IQ feature was an ordeal. It wouldn't accept our wifi as an acceptable means of communicating. Scanning the QR code was not much better but, finally got it to connect. After resetting the fridge the icemaker seems to be working now. But, it's only been a day. hopefully it's a long term fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accepted delivery in Nov (ordered in Sep). Ice cubes slightly melt in upper ice maker and freeze together stopping ice from coming out or making more. They could not find a repair person to fix. Still in the process of a refund

Great size and lots of room. Don’t buy because of the craft ice. It’s so slow to make and honestly you can make more yourself using silicone molds. That’s extra space in freezer for something else. That being said the regular ice and crushed ice are the best. My family loves it and with the kids moving back home the extra size is great. The WiFi feature is awesome so when kids leave door open I get an alert. If they sold this same refrigerator w/o t he craft ice option meaning the round balls then I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the new LG refrigerator. The craft ice is great. It will hold ice water in insulated cup all day along with any other beverage. It holds so much and keeps thing easy to organize. I love the snack drawer for fruit and snacks along with the drink door which we use both all the time. The water and ice in the door works great for large or small containers which make light work of filtered water for coffee makers or mixing up 2 qt of ice tea. Lastly the freezer is budge which is always a plus. The only thing tat was troublesome was getting adjusted to a new layout in the main refrigerator space but now I have it down and it is good.

Love the layout and design, especially the door-in-door feature. Would have liked better lighting in the freezer compartment and would have liked much better lighting in the full convert drawer. Love the drawer but lighting barely adequate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good features and flexible layout for organizing all your goods. 2.5 years into ownership my unit had a compressor issue and stopped cooling. While annoying, service was arranged and repair made within 2 days completely under warranty for minimal hassle. My repair guy, Don, even came back to address another related issue 2 weeks later. I texted him personally in the morning and he came by and made the fix THAT SAME DAY by 5pm. I’d prefer if it worked flawlessly, but the stellar repair service pretty well makes up difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to really like about this fridge. Overal size, door-in-dor, multi-purpose center drawer. And if we weren't having to have the ice maker replaced after 1 month, this would be a 5 star review. A couple other nits: we didn't know that it takes about 24 hours to make the 3-6 "craft ice" balls. But maybe you shouldn't be having that many cocktails anyway. We do like the craft ice though and have gotten used to the pace. Also, it would be nice if the dividers in the center drawer could be removed, rather than just relocated. Would provide more flexibility.

I was looking for one that about the same size I had so I picked this 30cf with the ice maker that makes round ice. Wife wasn’t sure she was going to like it but after it started making ice she fell in love with it.

I have enjoyed this LG refrigerator and all its amazing features for 15 months. Layout, drawers, flip-up door, middle drawer fridge/freezer option is the best option. It is quieter, even, than my last LG that I gave to one of our kids. The craft icemaker did quit working, and their built in wifi connection confirmed it for their phone service rep. I had the replacement unit in 4 days, and installed it myself with a Phillips screwdriver in 10 minutes. Works great! Now that is service!

We love the middle drawer for snacks and sodas too! The double ice maker is a great feature. You can make Large Ice Balls for drinks.....my husband loves them and you can make Craft Ice at the same time in the upper ice maker!!! Its Crazy Good ice too!!! We love this feature and all of the room this refrigerator has. Its a GREAT refrigerator!!!
