[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer quality is awful because the fridge looks good on the outside but inside the system including everything overall is garbage. The fridge is made of low quality things but still, it is awfully expensive.

Purchased less than two months ago. Have already had two service calls. Found out the refrigerator/freezer drawer does not have a self closing mechanism like the previous model, binds opening and closing, and squeaks. Ice/water display is not backlight, so you can't see what selection you're making unless bright lights are on. Other convenient features have been removed too. Do your research before you buy, read lots of reviews.

Great size and lots of room. Don’t buy because of the craft ice. It’s so slow to make and honestly you can make more yourself using silicone molds. That’s extra space in freezer for something else. That being said the regular ice and crushed ice are the best. My family loves it and with the kids moving back home the extra size is great. The WiFi feature is awesome so when kids leave door open I get an alert. If they sold this same refrigerator w/o t he craft ice option meaning the round balls then I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all of the storage, the multiple compartments and the separate drink door. Do not like how the pull handles on the doors keep coming off, have had to put them back on 3 times since arrival 2 weeks ago.

Product has performed well over the last year. The space, features, and look were just what we wanted. The craft ice maker failed, but the fridge was still under warranty, so it was replaced without issue. During the repair, the technician let me know it was important to connect the fridge to Wi-Fi since they provide software updates remotely to correct any issues. Overall, very satisfied with this LG fridge and LG products overall.

The door ice make me, twice. The main computer board replaced. And the compressor replaced. Thank God I got the extended warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an expensive machine but for that expense you get features not found anywhere else! And this is a large appliance but the configurations still have some challenges as new owners we are slowly working into our routine. The middle draw is by far the coolest feature allowing you to change it from a freezer to more refrigerator space. We have not had our first party but we are planning and playing with this feature as we cook throughout the month. My biggest drawback is the manual explaining how to connect the WiFi, frankly it sucks. I have worked in IT for nearly 25 years and getting this connected to our home WiFi required using a cellular enabled device and was never able to get it connected to our brand new Orbi system. I managed to download the updates and then I disconnected from our cellular plan. I know this should be easy but the directions are written in reverse polish notation from 1965 like my old TI scientific calculator. The price point and feature are hard to find especially when you love craft ice. With only a month in using this appliance and my extremely busy travel schedule, my good rating maybe miss leading. I have only been home using this device a few weekends at best. I am trying to adjust my craft ice to be full round balls as currently they have a small flat spot on them and I am sure its a minor adjustment. The WiFI thing was again a late night drive by and I did not give it much attention. Still figuring out what goes where in it and where to put things and how to get them. Everything is working and I hope I get more time to enjoy craft ice at the lake house!
