It took me a little while to really appreciate all the good qualities this refrigerator/freezer has. It has been amazing at keeping my fruits and vegetables fresh three times longer than my old one (different brand). It's cleaver how the insta door can be opened from either side and having the adjustable shelf right inside. One of my disappointments is that I can hear the bottles on the inside door rattle when the door is closed. Also, I wish the top freezer tray came out further when the bottom drawer is opened. I Feel I have to reach in a bit far to bring it out. Ice makers are working perfectly and the ice is so clear. I would buy it again.

The idea of the craft ice cubes was intriguing but has had one major flaw - the noise! The first time the ice maker dropped the round ice cubes the noise was so loud I walked around the house looking to see what had fallen over! I now know what the noise is, but it is still loud and the cat is still trying to figure it out. I like the door for the frequently used items but I miss the bins on the doors for condiments. The ice maker being the reason for lack of bin depth on the left hand door

Love the lighted beverage, cheese and butter compartment, which makes for easy access to sodas and water. Our only complaint is the water dispenser. Now, LG may not admit this is their problem...when first installed the water from the dispenser tasted just fine. Then it came time to change the filter. Water is now virtually undrinkable. I have tried THREE filters with no success. I bought all three together so I don't know if we got a faulty batch or not. I've been changing water filters for years and I know I have installed them correctly. It's frustrating - but otherwise, we are happy with the product.

The black stainless steel with the sleek lines of the four doors make it a visual pleasure. But good looks aren’t enough. This frig is excellent and easy to use. From the door-in-door access to frequently used item like milk, butter, jam, hot sauce, etc., to the flex-use middle drawer to the large freezer to the quirky-looking craft ice balls it makes, this frig hits all the pluses.

Ice maker door dispenser tends to clump ice and ice needs to be broken up manually to dispense. The craft ice works well and is a really nice feature. The stainless door covering is coming loose at the edges. WiFi not used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy with it for the most part. It looks good and so far works well. Love the craft ice, and you still have normal ice as well. The only downside for me is the door shelves are much too narrow due to accommodation of other features (ice maker in the inside of door, etc.). If you don’t keep a lot of items in your door, it’s no big deal, I guess. I do have a lot, and these shelves fit less than half of my other refrigerator. If didn’t have my additional refrigerator with good door shelves, I may not have chosen this model

The French Doors - perfect for slim bottles on the left and milk & juice on the right. LOVE the freezer and the designer ice. Too many good things to list! Not one negative to say.
