[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the refrigerator for just over eight months now and really love it. The craft ice maker is a wonder for those special drinks. The regular ice maker keeps up with our normal ice usage well. The middle drawer will store frozen items, cold drinks or cheese and meats. The door in the door feature is very handy and efficient. The black stainless steel finish hides fingerprints and smudges very well. The craft ice maker emailed us about a potential problem and suggested a service call. I ordered service on-line and prompted received a text with links to some videos to try and fix on my own. The suggestions worked, and we were back in business, making craft ice. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Overall, we are very happy with the flexible storage features and performance of this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had LG come out to service our fridge two times in less than 6 month. In fact, it stopped working again 6 weeks after our last repair and are scheduled for a 3rd repair this week. Our ice maker on the door does not drop ice into the bin unless you push the button manually. The freezer is falling all of my food and no longer dropping craft balls, either. While it is making ice, it does not dispense the ice into the bins. It also just leaks out the front door. We’ve had our compressor repaired. Then replaced, and had LG come out a second time to work on why it was not dumping ice or dropping temps. We’ve experienced multiple fridge still out and have lost lots of money due to this. When the refrigerator works, it’s wonderful. The capacity inside is great, and it was our favorite fridge… When it worked the way it was supposed to. Now it has been nothing but a headache.

We received our new fridge a few weeks ago. Bigger than we thought but still fits. All the features are terrific from the craft ice to the cooling drawer. It’s so deep my wife can’t reach the back of the top shelf. After install we were having issues getting the fridge to the set internal temperature. The fridge does not tell you internal temp, just the set temp. After a week we started noticing protective tape and film in corners of the doors, over vents, covering the back stainless steel inside. We now seem to have the temperature getting to the right temp. Lg should use blue tape and film to make sure the end user can locate all of them to minimize any false failures and not have the user panicking that they have a bad unit. Also still can’t get the Wi-Fi to work. My lg dishwasher connected fine. Can not figure it out. Overall a great fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new refrigerator, it has craft ice that is used frequently while hosting guest. My only issue is the height between shelves is rather small. A gallon of milk will only fit on one side if I slide the half shelf back, then i lose that space. Move the shelves leaves me with less space.

We have had nothing but issues with this refrigerator and as of this writing we are still waiting for another compressor, condenser, evaporator and dryer. We haven’t been able to use it since the second week of November.

The storage space is massive - which we wanted. We love the extras on it - the drawer and round large ice cubes are wonderful. One note when measuring space - not only measure height and width, make sure to measure depth because the extra space partially comes from extra depth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this refrigerator for awhile, recently had issue with the craft ice maker not making ice properly. Water is discharged directly into the ice container, where it freezes, without making ice cubes. Called customer service, told to download an app and download software update. Cannot get app to accept the password, response was to move routers around my home to get one closer to the refrigerator. Not a good solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker took double the recommended time to make ice when I first got it. The craft ice is amazing. We love the half door and the ice maker in the door. The space in this fridge is enormous. We love it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator except "craft" ice maker makes terrible loud knocking noise. This noise sounds like some gears are slipping when the ice is releasing ice. This noise is so loud that it wakes you up at night. Service is scheduled through LG for 7/22/22.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and so far so good. I love the extra drawer for use as part of the refrigerator. It took several days for me to figure out how to connect to the LG app in order to change from 3 ice cubes to 6 ice cubes - bottom freezer section.
