Just bought my fridge about three months ago. I previously had an LG similar to the new one but lightening hit it and destroyed it , but I loved it so much I got another LG.I have the French door model with the center full convert drawer that can be used as a fridge or a freezer and then it has the bottom freezer. These fridges have the most useable space of any fridge on the market. Love the large door shelves and the door in door option to be able to get to my most used items like creamers and condiments without opening the entire fridge , saving energy. I keep all of my meats and cheeses in the full convert drawer with the temp a little cooler to keep the meat fresher. And I also got the craft ice maker. Love it!! Also like the fact that it connects to my WiFi so I can monitor it when I’m away from home. If I had had this option with the first one I would have know it wasn’t running after the lightning strike and I could have had someone unplug and clean it out. I was out of state at the time and had no idea, so by the time I got home everything in it was rotted and invested with bugs. Which meant it was unfixable. If I had caught it earlier I could have had it fixed. The only con I have with the newer models , unlike my older one where you had multiple options of arranging your shelves in the fridge , the current ones do not. The way the shelves come are pretty much the only option. Which means I could only move one shelf that is in two sections to a little higher height and then slide the front section back so as to create a large space so that would have enough height to put tall items like my tea pitcher and milk bottles. This is a feature that needs fixed. You have to be able to have more options to move your shelves to different heights to accommodate different sized items. But all in all I love my fridge.

Our new refrigerator complements these appliances with its matching color, size, shape, and overall decor. This LG refrigerator replaces an older LG refrigerator that provided us with years of outstanding service, thus we are hoping for the same with this new one.

We bought our top end LG refrigerator about a month ago. We immediately had problems with it. The lower freezer drawer was not aligned properly and the seal did not make contact with the body of the unit. We had frost in the freezer and the motor ran constantly. We had a hard time getting warranty work. You just cannot reach A&E repair except for email. You cannot call and talk to a person. I was home the whole day waiting for a repair person, but they texted me to tell me to reschedule. The repair person did come the second time and acknowledged that they are hard to reach. He was surly but did repair the unit. He had a lot of negative things to say about LG. As per the technician, we can expect a lot to go wrong with the unit.

A really great fridge which has filtered water and filtered air. It has no flaws after years of use. The freezer is free of frost, the foods stay fresh everywhere, including the door where I keep milk. The ice maker was a problem at first but now its been years since I had a problem with it. It is nice and quiet. Seems to use less power than other brands because the compressor is unique. It does not use a motor, instead uses magnets with only one point of contact instead of the usual 4. All in all, I love it.

We have been spoiled by the ice maker and filtered water too... and the features I love the most are the full convert drawer, and the CRAFT ICE feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and I love the amount of space inside. I also love the craft ice feature! I also use the prefill water button every morning to help me keep track of my water intake. Overall very happy with my purchase!

The fridge itself is nice but we have had to have the craft ice serviced three times in less that 10 months. It jams and doesn’t properly drop the ice. Then it will try to fill the water back up for the ice and over fills into the tray causing more issues. The sound it makes when it jams is startling especially at 3 in the morning. Resetting it does not work.

My refrigerator has great style and I love the no smudge finish. The filtered water tastes very good however when I changed the water filter the change filter indicator light does not go out. . Attempts to schedule an appointment for a repair have been unsuccessful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very much like my fridge after the small hiccup I had when after a very short power outage when it didn't reset to the standard settings. Once the repairman unplugged it and plugged it back in the circuit board must have reset it. Now it is working wonderfully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the LG frig. The craft ice maker stopped working but LG sent service guy who just put in a new one. Turned out it was just jammed with a round ice piece. At that time, however, the service man replaced the compressor saying that it probably would fail in the next year so LG was replacing them before failure. I like proactive maintenance like that and don’t think I see it much now-a-days. The WiFi does not work. Some kind of glitch. Will not connect with my IPhone or iPad, nor my sons android phone but that is not a problem with the actual refrigerator. Overall we do like this product a lot and very happy with LG customer service so far.
