Ice maker door dispenser tends to clump ice and ice needs to be broken up manually to dispense. The craft ice works well and is a really nice feature. The stainless door covering is coming loose at the edges. WiFi not used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the spacious interior I am pleased with how well this refrigerator generally fits my storage needs However I wish the shelves on the door were a little wider to fit condiment containers more readily I am currently using the full convert drawer for cheeses, cold cuts, and butters and spreads. So organized The freezer drawers are nicely divided and spacious Just wish the craft ice maker was faster. Or convertible to making regular ice faster for parties Overall I am very pleased! Also impressed with how quietly it operates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is nice. Big and overall a good value. At it very noisy though especially at night makes a loud humming you can hear over load action movies on TV. If we new how load it would be we won't have purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has so much room compared to my old side by side that was approx the same size. Loved it…until it stopped working. First to go was the in door ice maker. Then the freezer temp was wonky. Then the craft ice stopped. Then the fridge part fluctuated too much to trust it with anything more than condiments. That’s the worst of it. LG provided great service through the app and calls. We just received our new replacement fridge. I sincerely hope that this one works…because it’s pretty great when it does. And kudos to LG for standing behind their product and making it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of this refrigerator! We can finally fit everything easily after a grocery trip for our family of growing teens. I also like the middle drawer for frequently used items and snacks. I've found that produce lasts much longer than in my previous refrigerators. I'm glad it has the craft ice because the door ice maker often doesn't keep up with our demand. We have had some issues with the freezer & door ice maker spontaneously defrosting but it's under warranty and the service company is addressing the issue. I would wish for a little more flexibility with the tall item storage space, but it's working out as is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very much like my fridge after the small hiccup I had when after a very short power outage when it didn't reset to the standard settings. Once the repairman unplugged it and plugged it back in the circuit board must have reset it. Now it is working wonderfully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model because I liked the flexibility of the convertible drawer and the separate door for everyday items. The idea of the craft ice cubes was intriguing but has had one major flaw - the noise! The first time the ice maker dropped the round ice cubes the noise was so loud I walked around the house looking to see what had fallen over! I now know what the noise is, but it is still loud and the cat is still trying to figure it out. I like the door for the frequently used items but I miss the bins on the doors for condiments. The ice maker being the reason for lack of bin depth on the left hand door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is awesome. I love the drawer and the snack door and the icemaker in the door is good. Just a couple things...the Ice Plus feature is always on because the icemaker can't keep up with the demand on a regular cycle. The overflow ice "balls" are good but you only get a max of 6 a day. Also, the icemaker for the balls gets stuck and will bang loud every few days and produce no ice when it happens. Because ice is important in the summer months it is a little bit of a let down. Plus I have to have maintenance come out on a new machine to figure out why the ice ball machine doesn't always work.

We bought this to replace a different brand that had chronic problems with the icemaker. We love this, the icemaker and the door is completely enclosed Celeste subject freezing up. Large round ice cubes it makes in the bottom or a lot of fun. We love the door in door to use for commonly used items. Overall we are very satisfied.

Product has performed well over the last year. The space, features, and look were just what we wanted. The craft ice maker failed, but the fridge was still under warranty, so it was replaced without issue. During the repair, the technician let me know it was important to connect the fridge to Wi-Fi since they provide software updates remotely to correct any issues. Overall, very satisfied with this LG fridge and LG products overall.
