[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the LG frig. The craft ice maker stopped working but LG sent service guy who just put in a new one. Turned out it was just jammed with a round ice piece. At that time, however, the service man replaced the compressor saying that it probably would fail in the next year so LG was replacing them before failure. I like proactive maintenance like that and don’t think I see it much now-a-days. The WiFi does not work. Some kind of glitch. Will not connect with my IPhone or iPad, nor my sons android phone but that is not a problem with the actual refrigerator. Overall we do like this product a lot and very happy with LG customer service so far.

It took me a little while to really appreciate all the good qualities this refrigerator/freezer has. It has been amazing at keeping my fruits and vegetables fresh three times longer than my old one (different brand). It's cleaver how the insta door can be opened from either side and having the adjustable shelf right inside. One of my disappointments is that I can hear the bottles on the inside door rattle when the door is closed. Also, I wish the top freezer tray came out further when the bottom drawer is opened. I Feel I have to reach in a bit far to bring it out. Ice makers are working perfectly and the ice is so clear. I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second LG refrigerator that I have purchased. There was nothing wrong with the first one, we just wanted a nice garage refrigerator. In fact, we purchased the same exact one! I absolutely love the middle drawer. We call it the sandwich drawer because we put all the makings for sandwiches in there. The door in door is also awesome. It frees up valuable space in the main compartment. There is plenty of ways to configure the refrigerator to accommodate tall items or shorter items. The craft ice is amazing! It’s fun and really keeps your drink cold for a long time. It also has regular ice for when you are filling a cooler or whatever. I love this LG model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love my new fridge but Ive had to call with problems 3 times. I still do not have ice in the top or lower. Will be calling again today. I am so disappointed for what I paid and still cant enjoy the ice feature.

We have had nothing but problems with the Craft ice maker in the freezer including the original ice maker this will be the 4th one installed…in addition to that the refrigerator doors did not close properly the center partition is supposed to flip into place when you close the doors we had it for a week and started noticing everything was warm in the fridge I found the problem late at night when I saw a light was on between the doors when I closed it…finally got that fixed…very unhappy with LG and there service department

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stainless appearance is much easier to clean the the real stainless on my previous fridge. The lower craft ice maker failed at 6 months and had to be replaced. Otherwise it has operated as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago , we had a log before and got 18 years out of it, so we decided to give It a go again . So fair so goos ,happy other than one shelf doe not align well with the other , seems maybe the cavity is slightly deformed

First, let me say i love this refrigerator, however, I did buy it for the craft ice. I have owned it for two years and just had my 3rd craft ice maker replaced. I bought the extended warranty so i'm not out $$ but I love the craft ice and I just want it to work. My giant mastiff wants it to work too. She is soooo disappointed when I go to the fridge and there is no ice ball...only the little ice.

We decided that if we’re buying a new fridge we might as well go big! Tons of space, like the 3 ice option especially the craft ice or as I like to call them bourbon balls. Love the flex drawer we currently use it for drinks. Only downside is that the separators move and drinks do not stay in place. Large freezer space as well. Overall we are extremely happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the unit in February of 2021 and am happy with the refrigerator but not so much the ice makers. The main ice maker is slow and is not dependable as I have to hit the reset button occasionally. We are on our third Craft Ice maker unit, and this has already quit working.
