[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple months ago and it has been great! I love the space we get in the refrigerator part. Most of refrigerator which have water/ice dispenser on the door have a huge tank on the inner side of the doors and take up a lot of space. This one does not have the tank inside.

We are using LG appliances in our kitchen renovation. They each offer an impressive number of features and, so far, all are easy to use. All surfaces and mechanisms are amply protected from damage during shipping, delivery and installation. Very well thought-out from start to finish!

We bought our top end LG refrigerator about a month ago. We immediately had problems with it. The lower freezer drawer was not aligned properly and the seal did not make contact with the body of the unit. We had frost in the freezer and the motor ran constantly. We had a hard time getting warranty work. You just cannot reach A&E repair except for email. You cannot call and talk to a person. I was home the whole day waiting for a repair person, but they texted me to tell me to reschedule. The repair person did come the second time and acknowledged that they are hard to reach. He was surly but did repair the unit. He had a lot of negative things to say about LG. As per the technician, we can expect a lot to go wrong with the unit.

I like the look and features but mine is having issues right now. The ice makers are not working, the freezer is defrosting. The technician has come out three times and replaced the compressor and ice maker and still it is not working. I have another appointment scheduled for Oct 3 but I don’t know whether the fridge will last till then. I have things in the fridge that risk spoiling. With all the things that have been changed and probably will still be changed soon in this next appointment, I feel like I no longer have a new fridge because there have been a lot of opening and closing of parts and this fridge is roughly 9months old!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this LG French Door 2 draw refrigerator 3 months ago for our new home. This is my 3rd LG French Door refrigerator. Previous 2 were sold with our last 2 homes. They have plenty of room in both refrigerator & freezer draw & middle draw we keep our vino & cheese . Overall they work well , kept temperature perfect & all ice makers work regularly. We have no complaints

EspeciLly the craft ice and dual ice makers, the split door, oversized thru the door water and ice maker, the lighting, huge capacity and beautiful exterior. EVERYTHING is operating perfectly. Thermostats are dead on and the convert a drawer is outstanding in its ability to be serfs a freezer or refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After we had to get the first fridge replaced due to a cooling problem, we fell in love with this fridge. The door in the door is fabulous. The size is fantastic for the family of 6 we have. The children are happy with the door in a door, it makes it much easier for our 4 year old to get things out of the fridge. Also, the drawer that can convert into a freezer or fridge is fabulous for our cheese and deli snacks for our 4 children!! This fridge has made our lives with a big family that much easier!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our fridge for about 2 weeks now. Working well, and very roomy. I am a bit disappointed in the craft ice as it is not a perfect circle. It usually has a small area that is not filled and can stand on that area without rolling. I expected it to be a full and complete ice ball. It is not.

Have a current repair request in because ice maker does not work. Technician told us with compressor repair that this model has had nothing but trouble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased on 09/18/21 & got it delivered on 10/29/21. Arrived in perfect shape. I love to 2 different ice makers. Was really worth the waiting period. Has good bright inside lighting & BEST of all is .....lots of room! I converted the middle shelf into a freezer instead of a frig drawer. I love it! Ha! Ha! I still have not even removed the plastic covering to protect it from finger prints. It makes a lot of ice so living by myself I turn it off when full. The best LG Refrigerator I have come across. Also will go through LG warranty company instead of going through the seller .
