This is the third time they have replaced the Craft icemaker. This time they actually had an update so the tech brought in a device to plug into the fridge and update it but it would t update. He put in the new ice maker and has to come back a 4th time to update it. Lots of my time!! Of no fault of the techs.

We had our refrigerator installed 21Feb2024. It’s cooling and freezing everything as it should at this time. We tested the freezer mode in the Full-Convert drawer and water froze in 24 hrs. Deli mode is doing a good job of keeping things cool. The door ice and freezer craft ice both work. It took a while (24+ hrs) for either to drop ice but the book informs the user of this. We like the fact that the ice maker is on the door although the door is heavy and may slam shut due to this extra weight. This refrigerator requires the left door to close first in order for both doors to close. I would rather be able to close either door first like in our other refrigerator. It is a matter of adjusting our habits but slightly inconvenient. The motor seems to run more often than our other refrigerator and makes a bit of noise when going through freeze/ defrost cycles. We have a lot more space in this unit.

I replaced my appliances last year and I am so glad I went with an LG suite. They all work perfectly and they are so beautiful. I especially enjoy the fridge. The door in door feature is very handy and I use the center drawer for all sorts of things. Oh, and did I mention the craft ice? Love the craft ice.

I don't have to curse and cry every week when I bring home groceries any more, because I have more than enough room for everything. I literally giggled and hopped for joy the first time I put groceries away. The freezer has space for everything, from the meats, which I separate into type, to frozen veggies, to desserts, to frozen lunch items for school. I love the door in door feature. I love that we can have 3 types of ice. And the space saving ice maker and in door water take up so little space, it's perfect. I use the convertible drawer for a freezer because we need the space, but because of that I don't have a dedicated place for deli meats and cheeses. I only wish there was 1 more drawer in the fridge for those. Also, at times the ice maker is a little loud, but I will live with that any day for the amazing amount of space this fridge gives me for all of our foods. I'm in love with this refrigerator!

It has wide adjustable shelves, spacious drawers, door inside a door, party ice, metered water, and a drawer that the temperature can be adjusted to fit either the refrigerator or the freezer. I also love having a drawer inside the freezer. Great for little hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is huge. Exactly what our large family needed. Unique shelves for small items preventing them from getting knocked around when the doors are opened. The craft ice is very nice. Keeps drinks cold a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon delivery of my LG refrigerator the water dispenser did not work. Nor did the ice makers. A new mother board was installed. So far the water dispenser works, but the stream is VERY slow. There is still something wrong inside the machine. Another warranty service call may be in order. Otherwise the fridge works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the refrigerator in early December. Set up was very easy. Doors and components were easily removed to pass through our front door. Reinstalling the components was very easy too. The layout of the drawers, shelves, etc. is awesome and adjustable for many uses. I thought the craft ice was going to be OK, it is great. The door in a door is awesome and a great energy and time server. The only drawbacks so far are that the ice maker bin is a bit small (with craft ice, not much of an issue), the right hand veggies drawer does not open completely with only the right hand door open. The drawer stops against the left hand door seal and lastly the middle refrig/freezer drawer does not close smoothly and needs to be pushed completely closed instead of soft closing when given a push. Very happy with the decision to buy this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was overwhelmed with the size but after a week I love it. What I dont care for are the dividers in the drawer dont stay they move back and forth when I open the drawer. I wish there was a small/thin drip tray for the water dispenser.
