[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this refrigerator for about a month, everything is working just fine. I moved from a side/side to this french door type, overall I'm extremely happy with the purchase. Looks good, works great and the double front door (which I thought I'd never use) is a fabulous addition that I use all the time. Things to consider 1. Rethink how and what you store inside the refrigerator. The distance is short between shelves, while they do move up and down a little, it doesn't make much sense to off-set them or move them down, it would make one level virtually unusable. HOWEVER, if you think about how you store things and your purchases, you can adapt to the shorter space. 2. The ice makers are S L O W to make ice, while it's been able to keep up with my family of four, the ice bins are never full and it takes a long time to make a batch of ice. The craft ice is a nice addition, we love the idea of the round ice and it will come in handy during parties but it's slow to produce ice. Again, it hasn't been a show stopper for us, it's been able to keep up with our family 3. The lighting is positioned perfectly, it's bright and you can see everything inside the refrigerator, even the things in the far back, open the door and it's like someone turned on a floodlight. 4. The small drawer is very flexible, some models only cool but this one can be a freezer as well. Right now we have things in there for quick meals or snacks, the four temperature positions make it really convenient for flexible storage options. 5. The main freezer, well it's huge, there's more storage in there than we'll use but it's nice to have ample room to freeze things. 6. This refrigerator is BIG, make sure you measure it fully before you purchase. I have a closed floor plan and it took us two tries to get it into the kitchen. The website states 31" with the doors off but we needed to pull the drawers out and remove the hinges to make it past any door opening. We purchased with installation so the installation team, while not real happy, were able to get it into the kitchen without much of an issue. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the purchase, it looks great in my kitchen, and once we understood our storage plan it works out nicely. The third front door I thought was useless actually turns out to be useful, we store items that we go to the refrigerator a lot for, and having just to open the small door really works out well. If it wasn't how slow it makes ice it would have received a 5-star rating but ice is important for us when we have parties. Everything else, the design, functionality, ease of use, WiFi all get five stars from me. Extremely happy with my purchase.

We bought this refrigerator 8 months ago and have been happy with the increased interior storage compared to our previous refrigerator that had the same width and height, but not the depth of the LG. We were able to easily install the refrigerator into the same cabinet layout without any alterations, yet gain nearly 3 cubic feet of interior storage. Amazing! Performance of the cooling and freezing compartments has been very good and we love the french door style with easy access condiment door on the right side without opening the entire refrigerator. Having two ice makers is nice, although we have had problems with the craft ice maker in the pull out freezer drawer. With a bit of effort we have been able to get approval for a replacement craft ice maker installed by an LG service representative while the refrigerator is still under warranty. We are hopeful that the replacement craft ice maker will solve the problem of ice getting stuck in the tray and water over-flowing into the ice bin and then freezing. We were told that LG has solved this problem in the replacement part, but we will wait and see. Other than this issue with the craft ice maker, the refrigerator has been a nice upgrade and the black stainless steel looks great in our remodeled kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't wait to get this and have it installed. Unfortunately, the water and ice maker are not yet working. We have the company that installed it coming back out 6/30 to hopefully get the water and ice working.

Both ice makers have been wonky since about 5 months in. The door one completely stopped making ice like 2 weeks ago and its stuck in place like it was emptyingwhen it broke. Craft ice only makes half balls of ice. Put in a claim for repair have yet to hear back from LG.

This unit has been in operations now for about 2 weeks. We love it! I love the dual ice makers. One for standard cubes or crushed and the second for round, lime sized, cubes. Perfect for drinks! Took about 48 hours for three unit temperatures to stabilize, but Temps are spot on!

The design is beautiful and matches perfectly with other LG products. It provides great amount of space for food and allows for changes as needed. I love the lights and how versatile this refriderator is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because of its size. It has not disappointed. Plenty of space for everything you need and even more after that. We love the flex drawer(or whatever it’s called). It allows us the opportunity to use it as a freezer or refrigerator. We use it to put all the kids snacks in. It’s perfect. On a negative the ice maker is probably not the best on the market but does what it’s intended to do.

The storage space is massive - which we wanted. We love the extras on it - the drawer and round large ice cubes are wonderful. One note when measuring space - not only measure height and width, make sure to measure depth because the extra space partially comes from extra depth.

We have had nothing but problems with the Craft ice maker in the freezer including the original ice maker this will be the 4th one installed…in addition to that the refrigerator doors did not close properly the center partition is supposed to flip into place when you close the doors we had it for a week and started noticing everything was warm in the fridge I found the problem late at night when I saw a light was on between the doors when I closed it…finally got that fixed…very unhappy with LG and there service department

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has been great until we hit the 1 year point, when the Freezer stopped working. LG contracted a company to come out to fix, it took 3 trips to fix as all parts did not arrive in time and additional parts were needed. They did fix at no cost. It’s only been a couple days, but working good so far after repair.
