[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator except "craft" ice maker makes terrible loud knocking noise. This noise sounds like some gears are slipping when the ice is releasing ice. This noise is so loud that it wakes you up at night. Service is scheduled through LG for 7/22/22.

We love the features of the refrigerator. The only problem has been with the craft icemaker..It seems the water valve for filling the tray does not turn off when it should and lets water into the tray turning the ice into one large mass of ice. The technician has ordered the parts and we have a scheduled date for the install of the repair. LG has been very cooperative in getting the fix done under warranty.

We are in week two of owning the refrigerator. This will be our second LG fridge, the last one was many years ago. But we liked it and really liked the features and the CR ratings for this one. Only thing I noticed in the end was I never looked to see how big our old one was and I think I may of gone over board in the size. Ended up having to have service come out and help with the wifi connection. If you do that I would suggest using a tablet vs a phone. Ran into a lot of issues with the phone and it's multiple was to connect. But service was awesome and we figured it out. Love the door in door feature, and it really helps in keeping the rest of the cooler cold. The conversion drawer was a feature we wanted, hope to use it as much as we plan to The round ice cubes are great.

We are so delighted to have so much storage space for our leftovers particularly when you have a bigger family. We love the option to open the right outer door (door-in-door) to grab beverages. It is so cool to have the dual ice maker with craft ice (ice spheres). Our neighbors give us kudos when we give them crafted ice for their drinks. Our kids fell in love with the crafted ice, too. All of our food and beverages stay very cool. The freezer is awesome as well especially having the full-convert drawer to have flexible water temperature settings. We like the lighting in the refrigerator as well as using the LG ThinQ app to use the wi-fi features for the refrigerator. We can control some of the functionality of the refrigerator from a touch of a button on my phone, how about that! Most important of all, is the wife is happy about the refrigerator purchase. A Happy Wife means a Happy Life! We look forward to using this LG refrigerator for a long time.

I love my LG refrigerator with craft ice ice. It did break down and I was without a refrigerator for 3 weeks living out of an ice chest.. I lost all of my food, meats, fish ,chicken, Ice cream etc in the freezer and most things in the top of refrigerator. LG folks told me they would give me A check to help with the loss of all the food . It wasn't very much Since I had a lot of meat and items in the freezer. So I was not very happy about that and waiting 3 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Operates very well and keeps everything at proper temperature. Ice maker and water dispenser work very well. Limited door shelf space, and limited space for tall items in the door and on the regular shelves. WIFI enabled through the LG app, but not accessible through Amazon Alexa, even though LG has an Alexa skill - it works for other LG products but not LG refrigerators.

We have been spoiled by the ice maker and filtered water too... and the features I love the most are the full convert drawer, and the CRAFT ICE feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our brand new refrigerator lasted exactly one month before the compressor went out. And the wi-if enabled feature on the phone app didn’t alert us for a full 48 hours. By that time everything in the refrigerator and freezer was completely ruined. To top it off we are still without a working refrigerator a full 2 weeks later. The part has been delivered to the repair company and they can’t get out to install it for another week. By that time it’ll be 3 1/2 weeks without a working unit. Please help us win the $500 so we can replace all the food we lost. This has been the worst buying experience ever! Never buying LG again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned the refrigerator for less than a year. It has the craft ice feature. If you are someone who uses a lot of ice I would not purchase. Very slow production in door and craft ice. I purchased the black stainless steel and it started peeling around the handle. LG was great at resolving issue, but I fear this problem will continue. Overall the design and function of the French door and adjustable temperature drawer is great! Just don’t know if the plus outweigh the negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for 2 months and are very satisfied. We find things we like more every day. First thought the front door (opens without opening the refrigerator) was not very important. We were very wrong...love it now. How about "craft ice?" Again, we thought we would not use it. But, again not only do we use it every day, but it makes our cocktails much better since they don't become watery.
