We've had this fridge less than 6 months and the craft ice maker is already malfunctioning, and the other ice maker doesn't keep up. Can't get service to return our calls and schedule a repair, so we are stuck making ice with ice cube trays. It's nice and big, but doesn't work as well as expected for the price. I wouldn't recommend this fridge nor would I buy it again.

We bought this refrigerator a year ago and it was a splurge given the craft ice maker and the extra programmable drawer. We are absolutely pleased with this refrigerator and it is honestly the best refrigerator we’ve owned in 40 years of marriage. The craft ice is perfect for that evening bourbon and ice or to impress your guests. We would buy this again and every time.

This one has it all, dual ice maker, lots of room, good adjustable shelving and best of all a no fingerprint exterior. This refrigerator outshines them all in every category. I’m glad I found it, I ordered it months before the completion of our new home!

Bought it on March 24 it quit working on May 24 we finally had a repair man come and look at it on June 8 and the compressor has went out on the air conditioner. We have not had any refrigerator since May 24 and it’s gonna be another week before they get any parts or anything in to repair this. LG. Not happy with this at all.

We checked out many fridges of this size and capacity and no other had the smart layout or the door in door feature. We had our adult children over for mothers and fathers day and they really enjoyed the craft ice for their drinks. An instant hit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the unit in February of 2021 and am happy with the refrigerator but not so much the ice makers. The main ice maker is slow and is not dependable as I have to hit the reset button occasionally. We are on our third Craft Ice maker unit, and this has already quit working.

I bought this as a replacement for my 17 year old LG refrigerator. So far very satisfied with all the features. The convertible drawer is a plus. I am hoping to get several years of good service from this unit. Hopefully it performs as well as the last one.

To tell you the truth I was a little worried about ordering this. But now that I did I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It took 48 hours for the craft ice to start working but just like the directions said it would take 48 hours it started dropping ice. I wanted to use the 3 drawer as a freezer, but my husband wanted four other things. I’m glad we made that choice also because I put lunch meats and cheese and yogurt and soda cans in it. Take some time getting used to the extra door and the door to access the milk and juice and small items but we’re both in our 60s and it takes some time for us old people to except change. Loving this option! There’s only one small down side is but there is so much room. It would be hard to find things in the back. That was easily fixed with small plastic containers that I can pull forward and then push back with ease. Again I’m very excited with my purchase!

We had a repair tech come out and he replaced the faulty compressor (apparently some of this model was made with a compressor that has been identified as a “problem child” while other models have the good version. Of course I get the crappy one. Haha. Anyway, after all the hoopla, we now have a working fridge again, and I still love this fridge!
