[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the new LG refrigerator. The craft ice is great. It will hold ice water in insulated cup all day along with any other beverage. It holds so much and keeps thing easy to organize. I love the snack drawer for fruit and snacks along with the drink door which we use both all the time. The water and ice in the door works great for large or small containers which make light work of filtered water for coffee makers or mixing up 2 qt of ice tea. Lastly the freezer is budge which is always a plus. The only thing tat was troublesome was getting adjusted to a new layout in the main refrigerator space but now I have it down and it is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 14-year-old side-by-side fridge with this huge and modern beauty less than a month ago. Although we’re still figuring out the best way to take advantage of all of the amazing features, we are thrilled with the efficient layout. The door-in-door feature keeps us from having to open the big doors for those frequently-used items. The middle drawer is also great for those things we use often. The craft ice is so nice to keep our iced tea really chilly for much longer, and doesn’t dilute as quickly.

Repair person shows up but does not have the part. All of a sudden the refrigerator makes intermittently noise it sounds like a person loaning and groaning.

My son had this feature and I loved it…..so now I have mine. Large refrigerator and holds everything we need to entertain large family gatherings. Great purchase

After a few months of ownership the ice craft ice maker started giving us trouble. First it starts dripping water then it will freeze the tray in a half open position until the plastic gears start to strip themselves out. Look up all the reviews that are all most the same. Now the good news is that other then this flaw the rest of the refrigerator is amazing! Lots of storage easy to move shelves love the door in drawer. The regular door Ice maker works great and is a real space saver. Our house has mostly LG products are they perfect…… No but they are really good and considering the other options that’s about as good as it gets

Purchased less than two months ago. Have already had two service calls. Found out the refrigerator/freezer drawer does not have a self closing mechanism like the previous model, binds opening and closing, and squeaks. Ice/water display is not backlight, so you can't see what selection you're making unless bright lights are on. Other convenient features have been removed too. Do your research before you buy, read lots of reviews.

I replaced my appliances last year and I am so glad I went with an LG suite. They all work perfectly and they are so beautiful. I especially enjoy the fridge. The door in door feature is very handy and I use the center drawer for all sorts of things. Oh, and did I mention the craft ice? Love the craft ice.

I've only owned this refrigerator for about six weeks, but its features make it the best one I've ever owned (and I have experience with at least ten different makes/models). The doors and drawers make it so convenient to get at everything with ease. I really LOVE the craft ice, and the regular ice is smaller and nicer than any other ice maker I've had. The total price is pretty high, so I hope this unit lasts a long, long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in April to replace it's predecessor due to a failed compressor. This model is very quiet! Interior design looks nice and works well. The middle drawer is spacious and works great for us. The secondary ice maker in the bottom freezer is nice - just wish you could make different shapes of ice in it as well. The party balls are nice, and double as weapons if you need one! Lol.

Bought the refrigerator a month ago and had an issue with the ice maker. Called and hand a technician out the next week. He identified the issue and ordered the parts, it was fixed the next week. Everything is working as needed at this point. Love the unit we bought and the space/flexibility it provides.
