I love the size of the refrigerator and the middle drawer that keeps our drinks perfectly cold, but the ice makers are another story...I have an ice maker on the counter to make ice even though the refrigerator has 2! They were both out at the same time and honestly, the one in the door can't make enough ice to keep up and the craft icemaker takes days to make one. Not the best purchase I have ever made, very disappointed. I guess I should have gone with what someone told me, to only buy an LG TV, not appliances.

I wanted to love this refrigerator, unfortunately it just was not a good fit for our family. We are returning it. I would say it is very poor at ice production. It struggles to fill the in door, very small, ice bucket in a day's span. It only produces 3 very small craft ice balls in a day's time, and we have it set at Ice Plus and to make 6. It's beyond ridiculous. We have a family of four and were constantly out of ice. The inside is very difficult to arrange, we have a lot of bottles that are tall, soy sauce, Worcestershire, Ketchup, BBQ, etc., and it's hard to make them fit. I don't like that when you open the freezer the top drawer doesn't slide open as well. All of that was workable, but the ice situation was not and I'm not paying that much money for a refrigerator I do not love. It's also on the dark side, just not impressed no matter how much I wanted to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator looks great in stainless; however, the shelf spacing is off. Shelving does not adjust for tall products without pushing a shelf half back. Stainless inserts seem to keep refrigerator colder as compared to my previous refrigerator. Some of the door shelving is not wide enough to accommodate regular size containers. Otherwise, very nice!

Very disappointed, the ice maker stopped working after six months. Repair person came out to fix said it was a known issue in the company and the fix lasted a few months and apparently the parts are not readily available for the repair people. Not a reliable product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the size of refrigerator but we recently had to have the compressor replaced and the ice machine hss frequently been in the fritz. Either it leaks profusely due to ice build up or it makes ice very slowly.

The fridge with the craft ice, a gas range, dishwasher and microwave. When my washer punks out I plan to buy LG again. People told me not to buy LG but I didn't listen and I am a happy person!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this refrigerator 5 Stars, but 4 stars is all that I can give. This refrigerator's upper ice maker is weak at best. The ice is on the small side and the ice will begin to melt and cube together. This results in having to open the ice chamber, from time to time and breaking apart the clumps of ice with a long handled stirring spoon. Hopefully this can be corrected by LG.

Bought this fridge 8 years ago and loved it until the compressor went out. The ice melted in the door ice maker and the water went into. the control panel, in the pull-out drawer and ruined. it. Poor design. Been waiting 3 weeks for new control panel was was told today it'll be another 3 weeks due to being on back order. I still recommend the fridge but frustrated with the back order of parts.
