[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago. This was a display model so it had a few scratches and dents. The problem I had was neither ice maker worked when I got it. The good news is LG quickly sent out two new Ice makers. I also think it is crazy that it only makes 3 craft ice cubes a day. That just seems like a waste. I hope I can replace the craft Ice maker with a regular Ice maker so we can have more ice when needed. Everything but the Ice makers we love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is really nice and spacious. I like the craft ice function as well as ice is a hot commodity in our house. The fridge seems very well thought out and designed. The water filter location and design is much better than other fridge models I have had to use. I like the quick access door and how much you can actually fit in there. All the shelves/compartments actually fit stuff unlike my last fridge where I had some odd sized shelves/compartments where they didn't have any real storage usage just there.

Love the double ice maker (even though they are a little slow. The door in door is great too. I have had it almost a month and am very pleased. My fruits and vegetables stay fresh much longer than before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great refrigerator, and it meets my household needs. The design looks and fit well withing the home. The only complaint would be the icemaker. It needs to be emptied almost daily to avoid any backup. Overall, it is a great product

The size and flexibility of the interior space is excellent. Temperature control is good as well Biggest problem is with the ice makers. The upper cube maker often jams and wont dispense everything of the jam prevents ice making to full capacity. The craft ice maker worked well for about 3 years, then a small piece suddenly broke off (I found it in the ice tray), and the balls stopped being round. As of July 8, 2024, the craft ice maker has stopped all together. I am researching buying a replacement ice maker currently.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over a year. Overall it is a good refrigerator but we had an error code IF that came up just outside of the one year manufacturer warranty. LG offered a promotion that was able to extend out our warranty and we were able to get the ice maker fixed.

we purchased a model # LRMD3006D ON 5/25/2020 the craft ice feature is one reason we purchased this model because our family uses a lot of ice it worked ok about a dozen times and has been a problem ever sense first the craft ice just stopped working then I changed the settings and it worked for a while then just started dumping water in the ice tray now it stopped making ice again!

Loved frig.BUT we returned frig. because in low light you can't see controls on door Words need light NOT bar above words! If you can't see the words the Lighted bar means nothing! No light till push dispenser. Don't know what is being despensed till too late. Words are hard to see even in daylight. Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can never find help here in Wyoming. So far it’s awful. Yes the people are also friendly but they don’t help at all. They always say we will “escalate” our request but nothing ever happens. It’s almost been a month and it’s exhausting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the refrigerator, size is great, shelving is perfect for everything we need it for. I would rate it a 5 star but the Craft Ice maker has been nothing but trouble since the warranty ran out (perfectly planned to the month, 12 months after purchase). It makes ice balls okay but only releases one or two of the three from the tray. Then it fills all the trays with water (including the ones that still have ice in them) the water spills over the whole unit freezing it up and the ice in the collection tray below..
