[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect refrigerator for us. the french door style provides ample storage. the deli drawer or second drawer is so easy to retireve frqueslty used items. The freezer is all the storage i have wanted.

We were really excited to get this new refrigerator. 5 Months later, stopped making Ice. a couple days later, food was not cold. put an internal thermometer in and it read 50 degrees. Outside LED said 36. No error codes or anything. Service tech can and said compressor was failing. Might not have a new compressor for 3-4 weeks. Apparently it's now common. Super disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the fridge almost a year and it has been great. Love the room and the convertible drawer. We have had problems with the craft ice maker, had it changed out, but I think it is messing up again. That is my only complaint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very unhappy with myLG refigerator. It has been a lemon from the start. I have had both the compressor and the ice maker replaced and another repair to solve a noise problem due to poor factory installation of a motor.

I bought this specific refrigerator because it connects to wi-fi and to Alexa. I expected to be able to monitor the fridge and freezer temps remotely, as I am not a full-time resident of that address. The only things done via wi-fi/Alexa are: 1) I can turn on/off the ice-plus feature (unnecessary, since I'm not there), and 2) Alexa and e-mail have informed me that I need to change the filter (can't do that, since I'm not there). So basically, the wi-fi feature is useless. Imagine my dissatisfaction. But, oh boy, I do have a new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door in door refrigerator worked great until the craft ice maker died. We tried troubleshooting it without success. Repair person shows up but does not have the part. All of a sudden the refrigerator makes intermittently noise it sounds like a person loaning and groaning.

I had been in the market for a new refrigerator for several years with nothing really standing out as exceptional. But after experiencing the wonder of this magnificent beast at my sister's home this past holiday, I was determined to learn more about it and hopefully adopt one as my own. After much thorough reviewing (testing, comparing, gut-checking) I deemed this model to be the best investment out there. The space, design, features, quality, aesthetic all come together to make it the star performer in our kitchen. Just hosted our first dinner party of the new year and this fridge managed to hold everything comfortably, and the guests LOVED the automatic craft ice balls that held up through hours of conversation. We'll see whether it stands the test of time, but for now I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, high-end upgrade!

My only issue is the height between shelves is rather small. A gallon of milk will only fit on one side if I slide the half shelf back, then i lose that space. Move the shelves leaves me with less space.

I love the fact that when you pull out the bottom freezer drawer it stays open. I love the roomy fruit and vegetable drawers that slide open so smoothly. I love the extra drawer where I can store my yogurts and lunch meats, cheeses etc for easy access. I can go on and on about the special features!! You will not be sorry if you purchase this refrigerator!! It is worth every penny, oh ya did I tell you I love love love this refrigerator!!!

I love the craft ice maker, although the only downside is that it takes forever to make just a few ice balls. Other than this, so far I’m very pleased.
