Full convertible drawer is most useful feature. Personally we’ve needed more storage options in the fridge. Left door dropped down gradually after it was installed. Had a very hard time getting it level again because the leveling nut was jammed. Called LG service for help. Said I’d be charged because you’re supposed to level the fridge yourself. They couldn’t seem to understand the problem. I was told I’d be contacted by the president’s team. Have not been contacted by anyone.

I was looking for one that about the same size I had so I picked this 30cf with the ice maker that makes round ice. Wife wasn’t sure she was going to like it but after it started making ice she fell in love with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator was purchased in November 2021. Love the design, but, in mid-June the ice maker failed. Repair under warranty has taken more than three weeks and is still not completed. Very unsatisfactory warranty service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Operates very well and keeps everything at proper temperature. Ice maker and water dispenser work very well. Limited door shelf space, and limited space for tall items in the door and on the regular shelves. WIFI enabled through the LG app, but not accessible through Amazon Alexa, even though LG has an Alexa skill - it works for other LG products but not LG refrigerators.

Have owned this now for a couple of weeks. Lots of room in fridge and freezer! Holds temperature very well. Interior lighting is not very effective when the fridge is fully stocked - could use some LEDs in the back. In-door water and ice dispenser works very well. It is cumbersome to access the ice stored in the door. The craft ice in the freezer is a nice feature that makes nearly clear ice balls. Making nearly clear ice is a slow process, it makes just 3/day, but this is fine after several days. Am really surprised how effective the door in door feature is - it covers about 80% of the daily access - great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accepted delivery in Nov (ordered in Sep). Ice cubes slightly melt in upper ice maker and freeze together stopping ice from coming out or making more. They could not find a repair person to fix. Still in the process of a refund

We have owned this refrigerator for about nine months, during that time we have had to replace the compressor twice, the condenser coil, And have the icemaker worked on. Apparently LG has major problems with compressor design, And quality control in the manufacture of these units. At this point everything has been covered under warranty,But we’re stuck with a lemon after the warranty runs out.

I love my LG refrigerator with craft ice ice. It did break down and I was without a refrigerator for 3 weeks living out of an ice chest.. I lost all of my food, meats, fish ,chicken, Ice cream etc in the freezer and most things in the top of refrigerator. LG folks told me they would give me A check to help with the loss of all the food . It wasn't very much Since I had a lot of meat and items in the freezer. So I was not very happy about that and waiting 3 weeks

We have plenty of room in this refrigerator. It is easy to keep clean. I love having the middle drawer. We put everything from cheese to wine to pies in there. It is great having the freezer on the bottom. It is easy to find food and store items of various sizes. The only problem we have is the craft ice maker. It broke after about 1 year. According to the tech, this is expected. They have revised the ice maker and reinstalled the new one in our freezer. That was 5 days ago and still no ice. On the positive side, LG was quick to send out a tech the first time. Hopefully the tech will come out quickly a second time.

Fridge is nice, but the craft ice maker keeps breaking had to have tech come out and fix twice! Decided to turn it off! The. When the tech came out he made us feel really dumb about putting the fridge online! He has been the first one ever to even tell us about it !
