[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were not told that the door ice maker is not able to supply the normal amount of ice it should. And you cannot replace the craft ice maker with a normal ice maker because it is done at the factory. Very poor chose by whomever was responsible for the design. We have to buy bagged ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this just after Christmas and had to wait a few weeks for it to finally arrive. We were very skeptical of a counter/cabinet depth refrigerator just not being large enough after years of have a side by side freezer/fridge. We were concerned of the fit as well, but it fit like a glove. The delivery guys had to disassemble the doors and hinges to get it into the house, but once installed - WOW! This fridge is massive inside. We keep saying it’s empty, but it has everything we had in the old one plus MORE. Can say nothing less than “WE LOVE IT”!!!

This refrigerator and freezer is enormous. Both compartments can store a lot of food. If you do not like to go shopping often, you can stock up on supplies and store them in this LG unit. The unit does not make noise which is another plus. The shelves in the fridge and freezer are nice and wide.

Refrigerator is roomy and bright. Shelves are movable to allow taller items. The door on the right is nice as it allows objects i frequently need without having to open the main doors. The ice makers are terrible. Frequently thevice machine in the door has to be reset. Sprays water so that ice bin is frozen. Craft ice is even worse. I had to shut it off as the ice balls arent dispensed and it continues to poor water in the bin and creates layers of ice in the freezer. When i called customer service i was told i need to reduce the temperature from -5 to -4 as this one degree will make a difference. It didnt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase replaced my whirlpool fridge, which was terrible and broke down every 3-4 months. The first summer we had it, we spent 6 weeks living out of an ice chest. My LG is a dream come true. We’ve had it several months and it’s just everything. The conversion drawer is perfect. I was worried about the fridge space being too small, but the set up is fantastic and it really utilizes the square footage to maximum capacity. Definitely one of my better appliance decisions.

Spacious fridge with great lighting and I enjoy the easy access door. Being someone that loves mixing drinks and a good bourbon, the craft ice machine has been an awesome addition. I would recommend this time and time again. The black stainless steel looks great and it is easier to maintain than my stainless steel one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the lrmds3006s 6 months ago the craft ice maker did not work. Finally called for repair. A new ice maker was installed last week. It seems to be working. Would never recommend the craft ice maker. Would much prefer a cube ice maker. Very poor design.

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks back and really like the design. Water dispenser is great for the taller cups, the round craft ice is very nice for drinks. Middle flex drawer is awesome to have so you don't constantly open the refrigerator for things you use often. The beverage center is nice as well. My only complaint is the shelves on the left side are almost useless as they are to thin for many items to fit into it. Freezer is a great size and the sliding drawer on top is handy for delicate items. Overall I love it!

I bought this fridge in January 2022. Put shelves in at different levels. Found that shelves at different levels were not supported properly and sagged. LG technician came out and told me that the shelves MUST be at the same level so they connect and support each other in the middle. This makes the fridge difficult to put tall items in without wasting a huge amount of space and making it difficult to arrange items in.
