Followed all instructions, customer service was a positive experience, great timely services, responses, kept informed and updated by great customer services locally for part back ordered.

They both have/had very nice and convenient features and our first one lasted much longer than we ever expected. The electronics eventually went bad which prompted our new purchase. We would definitely recommend the LG line for performance and dependability.

It has a number of features we like - craft ice maker, dual-convert drawer, and the door-in-door feature top the list. Being able to adjust the fridge remotely is a big plus as well. We do miss a deli drawer inside the fridge. We use the dual convert drawer as a deli drawer, but if we want to convert the drawer to a freezer, we need remove the deli stuff and put it somewhere in the fridge. LG should offer a deli drawer as an optional add-on. The fridge is big, so make sure you have room. Ours sticks out 12" from our cabinets, when our old fridge stuck out 6". But, the features and size are worth it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love my new fridge but Ive had to call with problems 3 times. I still do not have ice in the top or lower. Will be calling again today. I am so disappointed for what I paid and still cant enjoy the ice feature.

We like everything except one thing. For a fridge that costs as much as this one, the ice and, craft ice, and the water have a slight but distinct off flavor. We bought it because we drink a lot of water. We love the convenience of getting water and ice from the fridge. But, if we leave ice melt overnight in a cup we normally use it has to be thrown out. It tastes terrible. For such an expensive appliance, I would have thought they would used a better quality tubing for the water.

Product has performed well over the last year. The space, features, and look were just what we wanted. The craft ice maker failed, but the fridge was still under warranty, so it was replaced without issue. During the repair, the technician let me know it was important to connect the fridge to Wi-Fi since they provide software updates remotely to correct any issues. Overall, very satisfied with this LG fridge and LG products overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the lrmds3006s 6 months ago the craft ice maker did not work. Finally called for repair. A new ice maker was installed last week. It seems to be working. Would never recommend the craft ice maker. Would much prefer a cube ice maker. Very poor design.

We love this refrigerator. Our only problem was the craft icemaker quit about eleven months after we bought it. The machine sounded like it was going to destroy itself trying to function. Trying to connect to the IQ feature was an ordeal. It wouldn't accept our wifi as an acceptable means of communicating. Scanning the QR code was not much better but, finally got it to connect. After resetting the fridge the icemaker seems to be working now. But, it's only been a day. hopefully it's a long term fix

To tell you the truth I was a little worried about ordering this. But now that I did I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It took 48 hours for the craft ice to start working but just like the directions said it would take 48 hours it started dropping ice. I wanted to use the 3 drawer as a freezer, but my husband wanted four other things. I’m glad we made that choice also because I put lunch meats and cheese and yogurt and soda cans in it. Take some time getting used to the extra door and the door to access the milk and juice and small items but we’re both in our 60s and it takes some time for us old people to except change. Loving this option! There’s only one small down side is but there is so much room. It would be hard to find things in the back. That was easily fixed with small plastic containers that I can pull forward and then push back with ease. Again I’m very excited with my purchase!

Although we’re still figuring out the best way to take advantage of all of the amazing features, we are thrilled with the efficient layout. The door-in-door feature keeps us from having to open the big doors for those frequently-used items. The middle drawer is also great for those things we use often. The craft ice is so nice to keep our iced tea really chilly for much longer, and doesn’t dilute as quickly.
