After a few months of ownership the ice craft ice maker started giving us trouble. First it starts dripping water then it will freeze the tray in a half open position until the plastic gears start to strip themselves out. Look up all the reviews that are all most the same. Now the good news is that other then this flaw the rest of the refrigerator is amazing! Lots of storage easy to move shelves love the door in drawer. The regular door Ice maker works great and is a real space saver. Our house has mostly LG products are they perfect…… No but they are really good and considering the other options that’s about as good as it gets

Purchased this 2 months ago and loving it! The extra door is a great feature for storing quick drinks and frequently used items. We enjoy the slide out drawer for storing cans of pop, meats and cheeses or when entertaining and storing trays of food. The freezer is great and my husband loves the craft ice maker. Would recommend this fridge and freezer!

Prior to shopping for this new fridge I had not seen a refrigerator with the fridge/freezer middle drawer. We’re a multi-generational household; the middle drawer works out great for my 4’7” mom. She’s always been “challenged” by the height of refrigerators so she’s very happy to have the drawer and large bottom shelf. In checking out brands with the middle drawers it quickly became obvious that fit & finish of the LG was a step above. Everything that is supposed to open, roll, slide or close does so solidly yet easily. There is none of the wiggle in the drawers & doors that we found in other brands (which made fairly expensive fridges feel cheap). We’ve been very pleased with this purchase.

It seems to be working. Would never recommend the craft ice maker. Would much prefer a cube ice maker. Very poor design.

Not too happy that a year after we had to replace the compressor on it and still is acting a little strange, but LG took care of the problem with no hassle. Overall, I would say it is a very good refrigerator with plenty of room.

The design is beautiful and matches perfectly with other LG products. It provides great amount of space for food and allows for changes as needed. I love the lights and how versatile this refriderator is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new LG fridge/freezer! The size especially for me is so great. I am so impressed with the large bottom freezer but also the extremely roomy fridge space! I also purchased the clean air ionization unit to keep my food items fresh since I have an amazing sense of smell especially foul odors. The unit is very small probably no larger than a coffee mug so it’s hardly even noticeable. I purchased my new LG refrigerator online and I’m very happy with my decision. I really love this LG refrigerator especially the dark grey fingerprint proof finish. This is my second LG refrigerator after having my old one for 11 years but along came 2 hurricanes and a flood and there went my fridge.

We've had the fridge for two weeks now. Good thing we kept our old fridge as this one is not making ice as quickly as we thought it would. We have the fridge set for 33 degrees, but it's only 44 degrees. The freezer is set for -7 but it is currently only +8.7. If it doesn't start cooling like it should, it goes back at the end of the week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my French door refrigerator with the craft ice. I also loved the middle wine/deli drawer. Then after only 9 months I wake up to find it not working and everything melting. The compressor went out. After a week of try to get it repair it is working again.
