[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple of months ago. It is huge and perfect for a large family! Fortunately we have not filled it to capacity as something has gone haywire and the freezer is no longer freezing as it should or making ice. Due to the pandemic, we are having wait a month to get to get someone here to fix it. This is very frustrating, but it seems to be the sign of the times. LG contacted us last night offering a check for $150 to compensate for the delay. That was nice as we have lost quite a bit of our frozen food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this refrigerator, it's compartments, and specially the 3 areas, freezer, refrigerator and convenient middle drawer that can be used as anything you want. I also love the craft ice, no complaints there. The ice in the door, regular ice cubes, though...lacks capacity. It is too little and goes out too fast, specially during Summer. The refrigerator is huge and should have a bigger ice maker and ice container. The crispers are spacious and work very well. I like the fact that they are one piece and have nothing that cracks or break. The door that opens alone for milk and beverages is very handy and helps a lot with keeping the rest of the appliance cold. We did have to change compressor as it started failing after 2 1/2 years. I bought 5 year extended warranty but was told by LG technician that compressor is covered by factory for 5 years. Still, I was surprised that happened. LG service is outstanding so that made it less annoying.

We've had the fridge for two weeks now. Good thing we kept our old fridge as this one is not making ice as quickly as we thought it would. We have the fridge set for 33 degrees, but it's only 44 degrees. The freezer is set for -7 but it is currently only +8.7. If it doesn't start cooling like it should, it goes back at the end of the week.

The two ice makers with craft and standard cubes is creative. The conversion drawer that can be either extra refrigerated or freezer space is also unique. The issue is that after only 6 months, ice makers have already stopped working. Software and hardware have needed to be replaced. I was told they will continue to break. Getting service was also a hassle. I had to go through 3 hours of several phone calls before they would send someone out.

As our 13 year old LG refrigerator was nearing its end of life we needed to turn our attention to the selection of a new one. We chose a new LG French doors model with a convertible drawer and a door-in-door feature. It is great! There is so much more room and the placement of shelves has been very well thought out resulting in maximum flexibility. The unit is great looking and quiet.

EspeciLly the craft ice and dual ice makers, the split door, oversized thru the door water and ice maker, the lighting, huge capacity and beautiful exterior. EVERYTHING is operating perfectly. Thermostats are dead on and the convert a drawer is outstanding in its ability to be serfs a freezer or refrigerator.

Bought it on March 24 it quit working on May 24 we finally had a repair man come and look at it on June 8 and the compressor has went out on the air conditioner. We have not had any refrigerator since May 24 and it’s gonna be another week before they get any parts or anything in to repair this. LG. Not happy with this at all.

I love the features, such as the door allowing quick access to items frequently used, drawer that can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer compartment, etc. The ice crusher is much better than those I have experienced on other refrigerators and the slim line of the main ice maker makes for more shelf room in the main part of the refrigerator. Lots of space and versatility in how you may want to organize stored items. Can use refrigerator magnets, also. I love my refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this refrigerator for its features that help organizing the content We especially like the door-in-door for making frequently accessed items easy to get to. One surprise is we did not expect to use the craft ice. But we have found that dropping two balls into a water bottle does not block a straw and keeps the water cool all day.
